Ajesh a worker at Rouge Bakery is an Amazing worker, kind and just overall makes the vibe at rouge bakery better. one of my favorite spots — the food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. Their mutton rolls are especially delicious, crispy on the outside and packed with flavor inside. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick even when it’s busy. Ajesh is amazing — super helpful, kind, and always makes the experience better. Highly recommend Rouge Bakery to anyone looking for great baked goods and snacks! Also one tip. Tasteless Vadai, then what else to say for rest of the foods which is i didn't try other foods so i can't comment on that but i bought oily vadai, cutlet horrible taste, roll like a stone when i bit, so they don't give dam about food quality or taste bec its not warm at all so if i go buy again and again i will be end up in hospital....pls u re not giving food free, prices are hectic so pls provide ur food quality and tasty at least we can feel good but u re not need so much improvement. First time visited not again!

Later, when I opened it for dinner, I was extremely disappointed to find a fly in the food. This Indian bakery is such a hidden gem! There’s always a lineup, and now I know why. Tried a bunch of their fried snacks—both savory and sweet—vada ， vaipan，and every bite was delicious. Also had the curry lamb with rice, packed with flavor and super satisfying. Honestly, if it wasn’t right next to my gun license course, I probably would’ve never popped in 😂. Definitely worth the wait—check out the photos and you’ll see what I mean!
I bought chicken pukkai (spicy chicken rice) today, Aug 9. The food was good- I have a cold and the spice in the food was helpful with my situation today. I want to comment on the service of the business owners. They were very polite and respectful. They know how to handle a long line with patience and make everyone feel that they are important. Please keep it up.
