Royaltea (Midland Finch)

I got the Mango Slush with mousse and extra mango chunks—so refreshing and delicious that I had to get it again! This was my first time at this location, and the customer service was excellent. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the drink was made perfectly. Totally recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a tasty drink and a good experience.

I got a mango slush—it was super cold, sweet, and tasty! It just took a little while to make, so I had to wait a bit.👍

Underrated, consistent not the best not the worst

I tried three different drinks at Royal Tea and loved them all! The fruit tea was super refreshing with real fruit pieces and a nice citrus flavor. The brown sugar boba milk tea was rich and creamy, and the pearls were soft and chewy—exactly how I like them. and it was warm, smooth, and comforting. The store was clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Definitely a great spot for bubble tea lovers!

This store is amazing, especially a staff named Nancy. Her service attitude is great, I really like her!

TLDR: NOT WORTH THE MONEY! SO MANY BETTER OPTIONS IN THE AREA. DO NOT RECOMMEND! 👎

Horrible tasting bubble tea paired with terrible and rude customer service. Ordered for pick up on Fantuan and they marked my order as “Ready for Pickup” after 20 minutes, but upon arrival they told me to wait as the drink wasn’t done. After telling the worker that it states “ready” in the app, they stood there and stared at me with a blank face 😐. Not one apology. The least they could’ve done was say “sorry about that”. They stood there and stared at me for 10 solid seconds before continuing to make a drink.

Ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes for one slushie. One very mediocre slushie.

After some digging, I found many reviews where past customers had PLASTIC BITS in their drink. My conclusion, Royaltea is bottom tier bubble tea.

This was my first time going to Royaltea in over 5 years… safe to say I’ll NEVER be back.

Went to pick up an order and the woman wiped the powder off the counter INTO the drink. NASTY !!! She's there licking her fingers being nasty with peoples orders. !!!

The restaurant is clean, but it can get busy at certain times.

The drinks aren't the greatest. I would prefer going to other bubble tea places in the area. It's pretty overpriced for the sizes and flavours you can get. The only cool thing about royaltea is that they serve their drinks in a lightbulb cup which can't be taken home with you. You can only have it when you dine in.
