NO FRESH FRUIT. They say 'fresh mango topping' but when you ask if fresh mango is inside workers get quiet. False advertising. Misleading. Would be better if it tasted good, it doesn't. Don't waste your money here.

Not only halal lying, wait time was horrible in afternoon and they forgot to add sugar in my drink. I wanted refund and she refused. I wish I could give zero stars.

I am SO SO SAD 😠I absolutely LOVED their matcha slush with mousse. The price was well worth it. But about 8 ish weeks ago the drink tasted different. An employee informed me it was because they changed the recipe to make it less sweet. I was skeptical as the matcha tasted very weak and bland. I've also had the matcha slush in the past with 50% sweetness, so I KNEW that wasn't the issue. I have tried it twice since and even added more sweetener, and while the sweetener did help, the matcha was still very weak. I'm hoping it has to do with the year's matcha harvest rather than them cheaping out and using much less matcha in the recipe. Especially with the newish uptrend in matcha. I will try again in the future in hopes it was just the matcha harvest for the weak taste. The mousse still tasted great.
This royal tea location is good and makes the drinks efficiently. The tables are usually clean when I've been here. Overall good customer service. Any extra instructions I have are always followed and any questions I asked are Always answered.

The best boba shop I've ever visited! Me and my friend ordered the Oreo and brulee bobo?. Both were fabulous ! I would highly recommend the brulee bobo, it was super creamy and flavourful?. Can't wait to visit you guys again. Please open a store in Kitchener.??

Royaltea is like the Rolls Royce of bubble tea. My wife and I are loyal customers to this Location and sometimes Midland and Finch. Otherwise, the staff always provide superior customer service and honestly, I just find Royaltea is better than the other bubble tea shops. Plus they live up their name with the quality of their beverages and they truly treat you like Royalty. 10000/10! Highly recommend!
