Their cakes are high quality....however, I have issues & disappointed with their $20 gift card as it cannot be used with your St Germain VIP card for the usual 10% discount & get points....also, with gift card, you will be charged regular price on discount items. Shouldn't be a gift card treated as cash????!!!! Unreasonable & NOT fair

I always thought their bread was delicious. I was lucky to have a blind box on tgtg. I grabbed it. The pick-up time was from 10 to 12 o'clock. After 11:30, someone came to confirm receipt before giving it to me. The result After searching around and looking for someone else, I was told that the product was out of stock. After running for more than an hour to pick it up, I could only pick it up. I went back in despair, without even an apology or any compensation measures. I didn’t understand whether the store couldn’t afford it or made a mistake. Since it was a limited purchase, why was it out of stock after I bought it? And when I arrived, I asked someone to confirm receipt. The goods are not even refundable. Why should the store's mistake make the customer pay the bill? It is impossible to buy from them again! ! ! Whoever comes is the wronged.

Somebody told me that this location is sort of their factory outlet, so i went in there hoping for bigger products range, and better prices…..there was nothing like that. They didnt even have the most famous menu items like coconut bun…..most of the items were sold out…..place is really small, no dining options available.

I was here to pick up a 'too good to go' order, I will late and they had the right to not give me anything, and I'd be okay with that, but how they handle it was questionable.
We were clearly communicating in cantonese, but the lady started speaking english, and in a tone where it sounded like a threat, she told me next time should would throw the cake away if I was to be late in picking up my order again
I have no desired to go back to this location again
p.s. I understand when one is using a language they aren't familiar with, it might sound off, but as a customer it feels awful

All the food was fresh. It was also easy to browse around too; but the service levels, horrible! Asked if I could get a cold milk tea since it was a hot day and the lady at the counter said sure one minute, but then had to take a call and her colleague had to take over. Her colleague then said they were sold out. But I could see a bag of milk tea behind her labeled as “milk tea” ready to be poured into cups or get blended because her colleague just took it out before she had to take the call. I told her it was behind her and instead of looking behind, she looked at her wrist for the time and insisted they were sold out. Pretty bad customer service from such a well known bakery. She puts the brand to shame. Just ended up getting bread just because I wanted to get it. If you want to shop for Saint Germain, go to other locations. This bakery has bad customer service

I bought a surprise package and had the opportunity to eat varieties I wouldn’t normally buy. Unexpectedly, it is very tasty and not overly sweet. The cream in the cream bun is not too sweet, and the sweetness of coconut in the coconut pineapple bun is just right. ?Very suitable for Chinese tastes. The egg tarts are average.
This is a controversial shop. Honestly, their buns taste good but the customer service was awful. Especially the Mandarin speaking lady. Also, you can’t ask for a plastic bag. They were happy to give you a lesson said there isn’t any shop provide plastic bag for months. And Looking at you like an idiot. I meant Who will bring the dirty supper market bag for carrying the eatable buns. I could buy a plastic. No big deal. But sorry, The only option is to buy their 35 cent paper bags. Shame on your business.

If i could just put zero. But one is the least. Cakes taste dry and frozen. Breads and buns are a horrible concept . I tried so many items they all taste bad. I dont understand how people like it.if you want chinese pastries breads you go to Lucullus. Way more refined and succulent. Good taste and quallity.
