I went to their new location in Hamilton and it was a delight. I tried the tropical wave smoothie and a j*** chicken stuffed patty. The smoothie tasted so fresh and not sugar filled like other places and the stuffed patty was oh so delicious. They also have such a cheerful and upbeat customer service style. This place is a must stop place if you are in the mood for some fresh tropical style drinks and foods.

Awesome place, great prices and fresh juices. Went by yesterday (sept 27th 2022 and sad to see it was gone. The Sam's juices sign is gone and the windows have dark curtains over them. :(

I heard about Sam’s Juice’s and finally got the chance to come in and order something for the first time. The aesthetics catches your attention right away and the staff are so welcoming. Thank you Kay for assisting my sister and I (we’re super indecisive lol). We got the raspberry lemonade and the pineapple ginger juice which were so smooth and blended very well! My sister ordered the j*** Tacos and I ordered the chickpea veggie bowl! Very satisfied and definitely looking to come back again! You all should stop by when you get a chance! Great experience.

Patty was cold, the employees were nice , I asked for fresher salad for the stuffed patty and they didn’t have anymore which is crazy cause we went at lunch time. All the lettuce was like brown and just the ends. They had no tacos for the chicken tacos , the raspberry lemonade taste like a juice from no frills just sugar. I definitely wouldn’t be going back.

Bumped in here today.Tried there j*** chicken sandwich. Yum! Really tasty and fresh. Next time i would ask if they can double toast the bread. Didn't ruin the taste though! The server/cashier was really polite and sweet. Great customer service. Great experience.

I attended this location today, the juices were great, however the service was really bad. The girl serving was extremely rude and had no decorum. My mom noticed her smotthie was being made with a syrup, given her strict diet related to sugar she asked the girl to use water instead of syrup. The girl responded that they don't use water, only syrup, my mom kindly said she can't have the syrup. The girl immediately put the blender down and went into the backroom.. I'm guessing to speak with someone. Then she returns, gets more food from a freezer, slams the freezer door, and begins to angrily prepare the juices. It was the most come uncomfortable situation and uncalled for. Again, the juices were great, the service left much to be desired.

Saw a few friends post about Sam’s on IG so I had to try. First off I knew the food was going to be good as soon as I entered the shop because the aroma of that j*** chicken! I got the j*** chicken bowl for me and my bf and we were both so pleased with how flavourful and spicy the chicken was. If you come from a Carribean background you know the disappointment when promised j*** chicken and not getting anything of the sort. We were far from disappointed. Great portion, great price & I can tell the staff is well trained because our server did a quick cash exchange in the middle of making our bowls and she made sure to change her gloves before handling the food again. I’ll be back to try the juices for sure! Can’t wait to see this business thrive.

Peach lemonade and j*** chicken sandwich were both pretty solid. I don’t love all their choices (lettuce instead of coleslaw, non-grilled yellow bun for sandwich, and mall tap water in their juices), but none of those choices ruin the overall experience. While I expected more juice options than they have, I’m definitely looking forward to trying their smoothies. If you’re in the mall, it’s worth a try!
