Good value for money. Samosas are vegetarian (potatoes and spices) and are decent. They have other items: spring rolls (was ok), mutton rolls (didn't try), etc. Jalebi was stale. Milk cake was delicious. A little sarcastic to me over the phone, but when I arrived to see that they had a long line up, I guess that is why the guy was short over the phone.

Good food …. Cheap customer service . Lady was extremely ignorant! Unbelievably so. “ I don’t care sir , this is Canada you get nothing for free” . This after I paid extra for a box and asked if we could but the paper bags on the side. You get the bags free anyways but if you pay extra for a box - you have to pay extra for the paper bags that are free only if you don’t pay extra for a box ? …. Logic has escaped the sales team here.

Veg samosa and meduvada taste good 👍. But the line up is annoying. Even if it's super busy and long line up, the staffs are friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Quite the decline because of poor maintenance of the restaurant. One of the servers throws food into the containers and is very grumpy and rude. Scarborough has so much potential but some people's attitudes are negative and this makes for really bad energy and just imagine how that affects the food! Won't be visiting this place ever again.

I visited this restaurant to buy samosas, and the service was extremely disappointing. The employees were very rude to almost every customer, including me. I understand it was busy, but that’s no excuse to treat customers without respect.
They even had a sign for masala tea, but when I asked, the staff just said “no, we don’t have” in a very dismissive way. No courtesy at all.
Food might be okay, but the service was very rude and unprofessional. Definitely not a welcoming experience.

THEIR SWEETS ARE STOCKED LARGE AMOUNT FOR A LONGTIME. They have them full of display case and shelves. I don't think they sell all of them within the expiry and make another butch. Usually their attitude sowing that they don't care about the customers, so no surprise if they're selling this old expired sweets.
