We had a lunch at Sansotei Ramen in Scarborough Town Centre, and it was totally worth the visit! The ramen was incredibly tasty—flavourful broth, tender pork, and noodles done just right.
What really made our day was the kids eat free offer—such a nice bonus for families! The place was clean and comfortable, and the vibe was relaxed, even during the lunch rush.
The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without feeling rushed.

Pleasantly surprised. The portion, deals, and everything else are actually on point here! The black miso and tonkotsu ramen had a lot of meat, noodles and flavour. Extra noodles for $2 is a deal. Mochi at $3 for 2 is nice too for kids, or free with two noodles and drinks. Had utensils for kids too!
We've not eaten here for years we've been at STC, and kinda missed out.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience!!! Me and my friend waited over 10 minutes just to place our order.Finally we placed the order after I called one of the servers. It was uncomfortable, and we were left ignored. The servers continued to serve and check on other tables around us, yet no one even bothered to refill our water.And we had to wait like 10 mins after we finished our meal to get the bill, because the server chose not to look at us.Whenever I tried to wave at her get her near the table she just nodded her head,well like she wants me to get up and walk towards her? Very disappointed.

We waited over 15 minutes just to place our order. No one approached us, and I eventually had to get up and ask a staff member myself — all while carrying my baby. That alone was frustrating enough, but it only got worse.
My baby accidentally spilled water on the table. I politely asked a staff member for paper towels so I could clean it up myself. She said not to worry, that she would clean it for us. Despite this, she came to our table three separate times — once to bring the ramen, then again to bring a bowl for the baby, and once more to serve the chicken — and still never cleaned the table.
My husband and I had to finish our meal with water dripping from the table onto his pants. It was incredibly uncomfortable, and we were left feeling completely ignored. The staff continued to serve and check on other tables around us, yet our soaking wet table was completely disregarded.
To make things worse, no one even bothered to refill our water, and at the end of the meal, I had to walk up to the cashier myself to pay. I specifically tried to deal with a different staff member because of how bad the service was, but was directed right back to the same person who ignored us the entire time.
What kind of restaurant allows customers to sit in a pool of water for over 30 minutes? We were there for 35 minutes, and not once did anyone take proper responsibility. It was uncomfortable, unhygienic, and totally unacceptable.
Very disappointed. Do not support this place. Terrible service and no basic decency.

I’m really happy Sansotei opened a spot at STC — super convenient for a quick ramen fix. The location is right next to some shops, Jollibee, and Chick-fil-A, so it’s not as quiet or cozy as their other spots since it’s a bit exposed to the mall hustle. The ramen menu wasn’t overwhelming, which made choosing easy. My favorite so far is the miso black broth — honestly has the best broth I’ve tried to date. The pork belly portion was solid and flavorful. Great option if you’re around Scarborough and craving quality ramen!

I met my friend here on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch and there was barely any tables, which was good for us. Towards 2 pm, i noticed more customers came in.
The restaurant is right above the food court. It's easy access with the escalator directly from the food court area. If you have hard time spotting this restaurant in the mall, just head to the food court and then go above.
They have specials for dine in for 1 and 2, which is quite reasonable! I chose #1 and I picked Black Garlic Tonkotsu and Gyoza (the other option is a draft beer). They were both quite good!
My vegetarian friend ordered a Mazemen, which is a mixing salad noodles bowl. It comes with eggplant pepperoncino, sweet corn, green onions and seaweed! That one was pretty good as well. :)
Definitely a good option to dine in inside the mall!
