Had such a lovely experience here. The food was great, but what really stood out was the service. Our waitress Simran was absolutely wonderful — friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we sat down. She had amazing customer service skills and was genuinely kind, which really made our dining experience even better. It’s rare to come across service like that these days! Will definitely be coming back.

I had a great experience at Ruby is Good Server in Saravanaa Bhavan. Ruby provided excellent service—very friendly and attentive throughout. The thali was delicious with a variety of flavors, and the dosa was massive and perfectly made. Overall, a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience at Saravana Bhavan! Our waitress Sandheep was absolutely amazing — warm, attentive, and professional. From the moment we sat down, she made sure we were taken care of with such grace and kindness.
We ordered the paneer dosa, chapatti, plain dosa, and masala dosa — and every dish was flavorful, fresh, and authentic. The dosa was crisp and satisfying, the fillings were perfectly spiced, and the chutneys and sambar were full of depth.
Service was fast, and every time we asked for something — even just hot water — they were quick, polite, and accommodating without missing a beat.
We left feeling nourished and genuinely appreciated as customers. Thank you, Simran and the Saravana Bhavan team, for a lovely experience. We’ll definitely be back!
