Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar Scarborough

I had a great experience at Scaddabush Scarborough location. One of my favourite places to go. Although i am starting to notice a difference in portion sizes vs. what you pay, but seems to be a sign of the times.

Outstanding dinner at Scaddabush! The Chicken Parmesan was phenomenal (9.5/10) - I'm not usually a pasta person, but this completely won me over. Paired perfectly with the Moscato Frizzante, which was sweet but balanced. The Naked Mozzarella with fig jam is always incredible - a must-try starter. Don't miss the Pistachio & Cream Martini before they discontinue it January 4th (save it for dessert!). Service was efficient and accommodating - our server let us taste wines and refreshed my drink when requested. The rustic Italian vibe is beautiful, though it gets lively and loud during dinner service. Highly recommend!

The waitress was very kind, the food was amazing, decorated beautifully and such a generous, calm space. They gave me and others little birthday cupcakes with a cake fountain. One of my favourite restaurants.

A group of friends and I came to Scaddabush on Dec 5 to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Caitlin was attentive and helped us coordinate dinner and the surprise cake very well! We had a great night :)

A Friday night outing for a Italian food. With reservations, we were seated quickly and the waiter came quickly to get drinks. Three of us had pasta and one had pizza. The pasta is the real star at this restaurant along with the fresh mozzarella. If you are looking for a filling meal get the spaghetti and meatball (one large meat ball, much bigger than a hamburger patty) or get the Chicken Parmesan with pasta. The desserts are also a good portion, the homemade fried doughnuts or the cheese cake were very good. Service was very friendly and attentive and the price matched the venue: Family friendly, paper napkins, simple cutlery, fun drink menu.

Came here for a birthday lunch. I don’t like beets but the beet salad with pears and goat cheese was pretty good. I also got the fennel and sausage pasta- it was good but way too spicy and oily. The truffle balsamic mozzarella ball was very good and the focaccia bread wasn’t too hard which I appreciated.
