If you’re seated under the hanging lights, I strongly suggest asking to move. Throughout our dinner, dust and yellowish-white foam were falling from the ceiling and light fixture directly onto our table, our food, and even our hair.

We came to celebrate a birthday, but the experience turned into a complete disaster. We were a party of five but were seated at a very small table meant for four, even though there were many other tables available.

While we were ordering, we noticed dust falling from the lights. It was unpleasant but manageable at first. However, once our food arrived, pieces of foam started falling from the ceiling and light fixture onto our plates. We immediately informed the server, but no action was taken until we specifically asked to change tables.

When they moved us, they simply transferred everything to the new table without replacing our utensils, water, plates, or checking whether our food was still safe to eat. We didn’t want to further ruin the birthday celebration, so we didn’t continue to complain, but we were uncomfortable and didn’t even finish our meals.

Shortly after, they brought us takeout boxes and told us the bill was ready whenever we were, without offering a dessert menu or acknowledging the birthday at all. We genuinely felt rushed out, as if they just wanted us to leave instead of making things right.

I still paid the bill and left a good tip. Afterward, I spoke to the manager about our experience, but the only response I received was a quick “sorry” before they walked away.

This was not just a bad dining experience — it was a serious hygiene and safety concern. To make matters worse, we all experienced stomach issues the following day.

Great experience. Our server Kiyya was on point from beginning to end, making sure that we were taken care of in a timely manner. She was very helpful especially with assisting me to create great options for the keto diet that I'm currently on. Great job!
