Came here to have dinner with my fiancé and we were seated at the booth near the kitchen. While we were eating, a cockroach crawled across the table. Very disgusting and revolting. I will NEVER be eating here again.

Not the best service as our server kept ignoring our table, and the spaghetti was clumped.

My office ordered lunch through here Uber Eats. I called to let them know about the problem and both managers said they would get back to me after assuring me that they understood my concerns. Neither did.Not good customer service from my perspective.

We visited Scaddabush on Progress Ave. It was an amazing experience and our Server, Jacob made it even better. He was homely, friendly and did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are looking for some authentic Italian food as well as some great customer service.

Honestly, I wasn’t thrilled about coming here for dinner, but the staff and the food definitely helped in changing my mind about it by the end of the night. As someone who prefers more spicy foods, I didn’t know if I’d enjoy the flavour profiles that are offered at Scaddabush, but I’m pleased to say I wasn’t disappointed. The food itself was amazing. Our waiter was so nice and let me order from the kids menu since I wanted to try the mango orange drink (bomb btw) and assured me it’s not just for kids. Our food also came quickly and portion sizes were huge. I probably only ate a quarter of my pasta and that was with me coming with an empty stomach and starved after a long day at the mall. So you really won’t need to order more, and can even share the dish comfortably among 2-3 people. The waiter we had was such a fun and friendly server. We had quite the time trying to pay (paying cash) and figuring out how certain things were split. We were all laughing and joking through the entire thing. It had such a chic and comfortable candlelight atmosphere and was a very pleasant experience. I’m not so sure how this would bode for a family coming in for dinner since it did have a very romantic, low lit atmosphere about it, but it’s perfect for a dinner date. Definitely worth it a visit! And to the waiter that waited our table that day as we collectively struggled to count the cash, I hope you know you made our entire day :)Vegetarian options: I can’t eat any other meat aside from eggs and chicken and they had some options for vegetarians, but most of them had some sort of meat like pork. Not the most vegetarian friendly, but it is possible to order a vegetarian friendly dish.

First time visit to Scaddabush(Olive Garden anyone)! For a chain restaurant the atmosphere and food is not overly bad, my experience is a solid middle of the road between basic Italian food and fine dining which is not bad. Seasonal menu is offered to keep the experience interesting which is another plus.

their Lemon garlic shrimp spaghetti is OUT OF THIS WORLD, and their Spicy Funghi pizza is top notch, baked to perfection!! Their truffle charity bread is better than their most other breads I would say. We never have a bad experience there. Staff is very nice and friendly and the food literally never disappoints. Definitely our go to for best pasta in town! Also they got halal chicken options which is always a plus!!

Despite how busy it is, the service is always great here. The food is consistent, and there is a large variety of drink options here. I recommend this place for a date night.

Came here for dinner. It was quite busy and loud but it was quieter when seated at the booth. We were helped by Alesha, who was very kind and helpful. She recommended two dishes that my friend and I chose. The food was delicious and we would come again.

Kiyya was our lovely server. The food was delicious and served quickly after we ordered. My steak was cooked perfectly, and came with tasty greens and delicious fries (enough for sharing). My guests had rave reviews for the fettuccine carbonara and rigatoni bolognese. We enjoyed watching sports on the many screens. The only downside was the music was a bit loud for us and seemed out-of character for the beautiful ambiance.

Had a great experience here! Our server Kiyya was great, made sure to check up on us, and fulfilled requests we had. She was helpful in answering our questions on the menu. Food was good as usual, we ordered the balsamic truffle mozzarella, which was amazing, the bruschetta Fresca and the diavolo pizza.
