Very bad experience in Scarborough town center usually I get the hot honey chicken it was very sweet and not spicy at all, also the vegetables weren’t cooked well

ZERO STAR deserving restaurant in food, service and atmosphere categorywith racist people working there who pretend they dont understand English and only want to serve who speaks Mandarin. Why open n serve in foodcourt then ? Poor service and no acknowledgement of customers waiting in line. I asked about bang bang chicken (overhyped one) repeatedly 2-3 times (which is clearly available as I saw on display) instead they are packing for themselves to take home and putting those takeout boxes at back instead on display in front of me. And signing only some packed portions of pork-prawns are available on display. Like dude I am clearly asking u about chicken and they are not responding. Why are you open till 9 pm if u don't want to serve after 8.30 pm ? I used to buy it from here everytime whenever I go to stc but not anymore. This was the worst experience ever. STAFF CLEARLY NEEDS TRAINING AND NEED TO BE POLITE TO CUSTOMERS SPECIFICALLY ENGLISH SPEAKING WHOM YOU IGNORE by not responding or saying that you are not in line.

Shanghai 360 is a solid pick for a quick, affordable lunch. The restaurant has a clean, organized vibe, with a colourful menu and a nice touch of traditional decor on the back wall. It’s inviting and easy to navigate, just communicate with the staff what you would like to order.
I went with Combo 2, where you choose one meat and one veggie. There are labels for the food options, but I found myself just pointing at what I wanted, and the staff added it to my container. The egg noodles were a bit on the greasy side but delivered that satisfying comfort food feel. The spicy beef wasn’t the finest cut, but it was flavourful and hearty enough to enjoy. The mixed veggies, while not the freshest, were well-seasoned and balanced the meal nicely.
Portion sizes are generous, so you’re definitely getting your money’s worth. If you like a bit of extra kick, spicy sauce is available upon request. Overall, this spot is a great choice for a filling, budget-friendly meal that doesn’t skimp on variety. Perfect for a quick stop when hunger strikes!

Good food, crap service

It was busy, so I fell for that trap. All the other comments are true. But they clear out the food 30 minutes before closing for about $10. It is Russian Roulette- sometime you win but mostly you lose.

This place is trash!!! Noodles were cold and dry, tasted like they were sitting out for days. The bang bang chicken is a sick joke…there’s barely any chicken…it’s all just pieces of deep fried batter. Stay away from this place! Go anywhere else!

if there was an option to give zero stars, I would have done that! we were in line to order food, and as we moved forward to see what options are available on the display, they started serving the “mandarin “ speaking people behind us, we didn’t care as we didn’t yet finalised our choice, but they continued ignoring us and served 2 more people who came after us, when asked why aren’t they taking our orders the lady at the counter asked us to be in line, when we said we were the first in line and all others came after us, she said “ i don’t understand, i don’t know English “ IN PERFECT ENGLISH! also she asked to line up in English! whytf you open a restaurant when u can’t serve english speaking people in a country like canada! We felt humiliated and left asap and discovered another chinese restaurant in the same food court, just opposite to them and got wonderful service and delicious food. I don’t recommend shanghai 360, unless you are Chinese or mandarin speaking

I’ve been here 5-6 and had a decent experience. This past time however, it was gross. I had general Tso chicken, double meat. It tasted like straight fish, and I don’t eat fish. I basically threw it out. Please the “chicken” was over battered, extremely oily and not appetizing . Tasted old.

If ordering chicken, it should taste like chicken. Avoid this place, questionable hygiene.

Worst food I have had in the recent times. I found a big colored hair in my food. ?
Chicken tasted old and stale. No spice, nothing. I had to throw away the meal because it tasted so bad and unhygienic. Dont ever come to this place. Save your money.

Horrible service employees standing talking had to call them a few times just to be acknowledged. One employee was cleaning and wanted to serve me with same dirty gloves on and got upset when I said no. Had to wait for other employees to stop chatting before I got service.
Should have took that as a sign and walked away but still purchased food. Very disappointing.

If the owners or manager of this store reads this please train your employees better and remember to tell your employees your company does fall under health regulations.

The food here is excellent. Me and my friend come here all the time whenever we were here. But today's service is very disappointing. You should train your staff. The service is not making us come back.
