The food here is excellent. Me and my friend come here all the time whenever we were here. But today's service is very disappointing. You should train your staff. The service is not making us come back.

Always love me some Shanghai 360 anytime I'm visiting STC. It's the best fast food around in my books. Portion size always great, price is decent and the staff always friendly. Can't go wrong here if you're looking for a quick fix !We have rice noodles with sprout and egg, then bang bang chicken and black pepper steak with sliced sweet peppers.Oh so good !

Experience some unhygienic. One of the ladies was wearing gloves and then fixing a napkin at the back of her neck in her shirt I assume to collect any sweat. She never changed her gloves after that. Then as she was getting my food she went back to adjusting the same napkin and then went back to dishing my food. I literally watched my food touch her gloves and she just proceeded. As this is a restaurant I thought they would have higher food standards. Unfortunately I will no longer be going to this place for my meals.

This is my first order at this place. I ordered fish and noodles. Honestly the fish have a weird taste I didn't like it at all, imagine oregano on fish. Noodles is Ok.

Shanghai is my go to spot.I usually get the spicy chicken with the steam rice (if available), and beans.Personally they have the best green beans and the steam rice is made how I like.The service is the issue, depending on who's there, they prioritize talking over people waiting to order.
