Absolutely the worst shawarma I’ve ever tasted. The wrap was all bread, no substance. The meat was genuinely awful, dry, bland, and borderline inedible. It’s on the same terrible level as Osmow’s and Lazeez, maybe even worse. Honestly, it’s embarrassing that a place in Toronto is serving shawarma this bad in 2025. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

We ordered chicken shawarma plates. Hardly any meat inside. We added lettace you put onion. Food smells old. That was buy 1 get 2. You were just selling the old left over. You can make people sick with the chicken. There was hardly any chicken in the bowl. Horrible food. No one order buy 1 get 2 deals.

Before, this place used to be really good, but now everything has changed. They have new staff who don't seem to know what thev are doing. The food quality has gone down, the service is slow. and the atmosphere is not the same anymore. If they don't fix these is sues soon, this shop will lose customers very quickly.

When I first entered the shop, there was someone inside, and I thought it was owned by an Arab or Syrian, since shawarma originated in Syria or is considered Arab. But the shawarma is amazing, the taste is delicious. They are kind people. There was a man inside who was from India, a very polite person. I really liked this restaurant.

Well, I ordered Uber from this store. I was supposed to have 2 rice bowl and 2 king meal, disgusting to know to know that one whole king meal was missing although rice bowl were pathetic. Very less rice and just filled with onions. Moreover, there were only 4 sticks of fries in king meal. When we called this shameful people, they just blamed Uber and behaving rude as they would have gave me for free. Shame!!

King Shawarma is just a name, the shawarma size is normal. It didn’t have enough filling to balance the taste of thick bread.
The fries tasted like they were cooked in spoiled oil. I went at night, and it seemed like the oil hadn’t been changed since morning, I could really taste it.
Maybe it’s not always like this, but my first visit was quite dissatisfying and disappointing.
The staff were nice and the place was clean, but unfortunately, the food was disappointing.

Got my Uber order totally wrong : Order clearly requests for lettuce, tomatoes and parsley and onions. Clearly did not read the instructions and was not to made to order. Standard wrap made and tossed in there with pickles. The tiny amount of fries is like they on purpose wanted to mess with my order. I demand a refund for this! Beware when ordering and always check the order at the store or report back immediately if ordering on through the app and demand a refund.
