- waiters are respectful and very careful with the hot food

Ordered delivery. Their tomato soup is canned tomato soup. Imagine the consistency and flavor of canned alphabet soup mixed with meat, vegetable, fish cake etc. It's flavours are this close 🤏 where you can almost taste the audacity.
Also - the Szechuan Peppercorn noodle soup tastes exactly and only like szechuan peppercorn. So if you love that one flavor and nothing else it's 5/5. Mind you, this comparison is the same for hot dog water, where if you love the taste of hot dog water then a soup made of hot dog water would be 5/5. It is a singular, stubborn flavor and their kitchen has found a way to put it on a pedestal in soup form and shine a spotlight on it - avoiding all responsibility as if it was the bubonic plague to even try to pair this ingredient with any other accompanying flavour.
I cannot imagine recommending this place at all to a stranger, the chance of ordering a disaster of a dish is pretty high.

Hidden gem of a restaurant. The prices of their noodles are reasonable and there are free noodle refills. It was a chance encounter as the restaurant was in a hidden corner of a large plaza, and we had originally planned to go elsewhere, before deciding to give this place a go. There’s also a 5% off cash discount. I will definitely be coming back to try other soup bases and proteins.

Does not use fresh ingredients, the chicken soup is canned and added some chicken oil on top, barely any fish maw. Hard notice any residue resulted from freshly boiled chicken.
The seasème chicken leg is frozen ones, broiled and shredded. You can find it in supermarket.
