Chef Kodie hosts one of the best Omakase experiences in all of the GTA. This place is an absolute hidden gem. We had the Uni tasting menu at Shizuku, and every dish was a masterpiece. The monkfish profiterole was unexpectedly one of the stars—perfectly balanced, rich, and delicate all at once. The abalone was incredibly tender and clean, and the trout was buttery with just the right touch of umami.

One of my favourite omakase restaurants. Little place, clean environment, fresh food, and good services. Variety of sake selections is also good for the sake fans. The price is at the high end but worth.
