I had a really disappointing experience with my recent order. I ordered one classic poutine and one hotdog, and they charged me for both. But when I got home and opened the bag, there was no hotdog at all.
What makes it even more frustrating is that it wasn’t even a busy hour, so I honestly don’t understand whether this was a careless mistake or something intentional. I didn’t have the energy to drive all the way back just to get what I already paid for.
Really unhappy with this experience — paying for food I never received is unacceptable. I hope they improve their service so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Order over phone, a girl took my order, after 30 minutes order wasn’t ready, they asked me to wait other 10 minutes and was serving other people behind me but not me, very poor customer service, staff is not professional at all. Very frustrating. Waited 15 minutes after arriving still order wasn’t ready. Never coming back or order thair food again
