Shu Kingdom General Hot Pot 巴蜀大将火锅

Shu Kingdom's hot pot experience is very unique in that the presentation is by far one of the best I've had. The food was very good but I would say it's a bit pricey for an a la carte menu. I find it difficult to rate it a 5 simply because there is so much competition in the nearby area from other hot pot restaurants. Make sure to get the skewers boat!

Shu Kingdom offers an excellent variety of meats and other menu items with classic flavourful broths for a delicious and consistent hotpot experience. The environment was nice. The double flavor pot base was fine, the spicy side was a little too salty to my liking. The ribeye crowns were excellent. The beef chicken gizzard skewers were average, the beef was little to tough. The beef omasum, the beef tongue, the lamb and the tofu skin were fine. The winter melon, the crown daisy, watercress and the oyster mushrooms were fresh. The baby octopus were a little chewy. The fried crispy pork were good.
