I had placed an order for a large tray of Chicken Biryani to pick up at 7 pm. After waiting for 30 minutes with no response, I noticed a gentleman expressing his dissatisfaction in the pickup area near the kitchen. His tray appeared frozen in the middle and bottom, while the top seemed warmer. Despite this, the owner insisted that it was adequately warm, which led to a heated argument between them. Eventually, the customer decided not to take his order due to the owner's rudeness.After another 20 minutes, the associates brought my tray. Upon touching it, I realized it was in the same unsatisfactory condition as the previous one – frozen in the middle and lower parts. I voiced my concerns, stating that it shouldn't be the case, and requested to speak with the owner. When he arrived, his demeanor was shockingly rude, unlike anything I had experienced in South Asian restaurants before.

Very poor quality food, after almost half n hour waited for food. We are 4 people and they charged gratuity on bill about 10% after tax.! Not at all fresh
When we walked in and asked to see the menu before we sat down we were told they have everything on the menu except the Chicken Karahi. When we sat down to order the atmosphere is not pleasant, lots of uncleaned table but the restaurant was empty. When we sat down to order, I asked for chicken biryani I was told they don’t have any and when I asked why they did not mention earlier I was told “ it will take 45 minutes to make”. What restaurant tells you they don’t have something because they don’t want to make it. Then we waited over an hour for our food only to have half the food to come out and when asked for the rest they told us another 10-15 minutes. It would be one thing if the food was good but it was horrible! I love Indian food and this is by far the worst Indian restaurant in Scarborough. I will never be going back and they were also unapologetic.
