Terrible customer service from the lady at the front. So rude, unwelcoming, and doesn’t even make eye contact when speaking to you. I asked very nicely if there are other options for the bagel (ex. Butter, veggies, etc). She so bluntly and rudely said NO. Genuinely made me never want to come back here, even though the simit was delicious.

Went to this hole in a wall to try the bagels. Rediculous prices! Who charges $18 for a dozen bagels?!! That wasn't bad enough! I wanted to pay with credit and was told there is a $2 fee! Not a chance I'm paying that! Ok, what about debit? Yup, there's a fee of $.50!! That is gouging to the extreme! I will take my business elsewhere!

It was tough to find the storefront, which is quite small. There is no seating area - it's pick-up only.The bagels were soft, delicious, and kept well for a few days after purchase. Would 100% come here again.
