This WAS a great place, I hope they move to another place and not close, it is a pizza place in construction now.

For sure the buns are above average. There's denying that. But I think the owners have forgotten they're operating a business for customers. A few times recently I've gone in and they don't have a single bun prepared to sell. And it's not like they're sold out because I've only gone there in mornings. And it's not like they haven't had a chance either to put out their buns; today I showed up 2 hours after opening and NO BUNS at all. So I decided to try visiting in the afternoon at around 4 PM long before their posted closing time... And the whole store is empty and closed.

I'll still maybe walk in occasionally after a dentist appointment going forward. But this place is definitely no longer gonna be on my list of places to go to regularly. Mine as well drive slightly further, but go to a place that is just as good and CONSISTENT.

The grilled chicken sandwiches are a 10/10 for their price. It’s a weekly pick up in my books.

Amazining authentic Hong kong bakery in an old dated building. Most buns and HK bread are just great. Don't let the location, interior or exterior fool you. Their wife cakes (lo por ) are delicious and larger than other popular specialty bakeries.

Fresh, tasty and lots of filling in their buns. Highly recco their bbq chicken bun sandwiches. Bit more expensive than chains but you can clearly taste the quality difference.

Such a lovely hidden bakery with the BEST BUNS EVER. Their buns are so so so soft and light. This is my new fav Chinese bakery.

Loved the Hokkaido cheese tart, super light and creamy, with just a hint of tangy lemon. Custard and coconut buns all have very delicious filling. Beef curry bun has lots of beef filling.

Very reasonable price, 6 items or more no tax. I cannot wait to be back

They could use more variety, but everything I've tried here is delicious. The pizza buns are my favorite.

I got an assortment of buns here and they all tasted fresh. The pricing is comparable to other Chinese bakeries, all under 3 dollars. The sliced bread is fluffy and crispy after putting it in a toaster. I like that they use real red beans in their red bean buns and not the nasty overly sweet paste that some places use. I'd definitely come back and try the other items in the store.

love this bakery over all the other big chain stores. the owners recipes are great and he’s reasonably priced. all his baos are fresh but also last a few days, they doesn’t get super stiff or hard overnight like many do. we live in North York and i make it a point to come here for our bo lo baos & others - i also love the chicken sandwhich, its so crispy on a salt bun!
