I found an unidentified hair-like object in a mille crepe cake from Snow Tea. I posted about it on Rednote and tagged the store, but received no response for two days. On the third day, I visited the store in person and hoped to speak with the owner for an apology and refund. The staff told me the manager was “on vacation” and completely unreachable. She asked me to leave my name and phone number and told me someone would get back to me within “a week”.
It’s now been over a week. No one has contacted me. No apology. No explanation. Nothing.
This is absolutely disgusting. Not only is there a serious food hygiene issue, but the store’s lack of responsibility and customer service is appalling. I have reported this incident to Toronto Public Health.
I strongly advise everyone to think twice before coming here. Poor hygiene, poor service, and completely unprofessional behavior. Worst experience ever.

Very cute place
I happily bought cheese cheese soft bread and took two bites in the car. I found that the bottom of the bread was moldy... No wonder the middle bites also tasted weird. I vomited when I tasted the moldy smell in the first bite... I don't know if it will cause diarrhea. I seriously doubt how long the bread has been stored...
