Got 3 bingsoo - mango, strawberry and tiramisu. Tiramisu - is really not great. It’s super dry - the cake and the shaved ice - just not yummy at all - there needs to be maybe condensed milk or some sort of sauce layer. Otherwise it’s like eating a layer of tiramisu dry cake with bland shaved ice. The other 2 are better but compared to Dear & Fro across the plaza - I can’t eat bingsoo here. I really wished to like it as I love shaved ice but I guess the ones I’ve had before are just better.

Went during weekday after lunch hours so it wasn't busy at all. Service was fairly quick and the bingsoo was delicious. Many options to choose from for size & flavour. We got the mixed (regular) and oreo (small). These desserts are very light and fluffy so it doesn't make you feel too full. It's refreshing and sweet, honestly the perfect dessert if you're looking for something light and cold.

Got their mango and “signature” tiramisu bingsu, and very baffled at both the quality and the size of the cake. Nothing of the bingsu is tiramisu - the cake part was merely a tiny blob of dense cake (with whipped cream?) and layered with heavy cocoa powder. The tiramisu might have also contained almonds flakes, as they’re in between the layers of the bingsu. Mango was a flat layer of mango on top with sauces in between. The shave were unflavourful and icier texture to palate. The experience with bingsu at this place was very disappointing based on the presentation and quality served…

Went to try bingsu today and their strawberry waffle. It was kinda dissapointing. Bingsu lacks flavor, it was like shaved ice with coco powder. Waffle is like soggy pancake.

Went for dessert with kids after dinner. Kids ordered Oreo flavour and one of them knocked it over. The server quickly came over and made my daughter a fresh one. Definitely come back. Tasted great too.

Bingsoo is delicious and love to come here. But, can you hire more staffs??? I wait 10 minutes to order, there is only one staff but 20+ customers, there is no issue with that staff, she’s good have great service, hire even one more staff will help… I don’t want to wait that long!
