I really wanted to like this tea shop, but my recent visit was unfortunately disappointing. The quality of the tea itself was fine, but the customer service fell quite short.
I was ready to order and attempted to get the staff's attention, but they seemed preoccupied and turned away, making me feel completely invisible. It was a frustrating experience that made the visit unpleasant.
I hope this feedback is helpful for improvement, as the potential for a great shop is there.

The pure milk tea stuff’s pretty decent—worth a try. But hygiene and service? Meh. Order a few drinks and they’ll probably mess up. Happens often.

Music is too loud. You can't hear the cashierand she can't hear you either. They have nice drinks, but there is no seatings, it's only pickup.

Went downhill since it opened. First experience, amazing tea and quick service. Second time I went, they got my order wrong twice and didn’t know how to make a hot tea.. ended up just adding hot water which made the drink watery. Gave them a third try, and they still added hot water instead of steaming the tea, making it lukewarm. Also they didn’t wear gloves to add in the toppings just their bare hands with super long nails.. not sanitary at all, just hoped they washed their hands..
