Disappointing experience. The server who stated they are the assistant manager told me that they could not make a customized drink which included matcha powder with water and honey because they are told not to do it. After much discussion to explain that other starbuck stores have not said this he decided he would make it and decided to charge me for a matcha latte even though that is not the drink I ordered or the one he prepared.

Not a bad place to meet up. Their drinks are great and I like how it's located nicely in a busy place so it's great to meet up here on the run. The only thing I felt was lacking were seatings. Their seats need to be updated. The chairs and desks need to be set up better I didn't like how they got a small couch with a chair and a tiny low table it looked misfit and awkward. And the other seats were very old and just doesn't go with the vibe of Starbucks.

Had the best SB drive thru experience today- Shaney took my order and delivered it correctly- she was so personal about what I needed, an extra napkin, a sticker for the steam hole, what to do when the order is incorrect AFTER I drive away, etc. she took time to hear me, to reassure and ensure I leave happy with my purchase- love this lady and will go out of my way to come back here in the future!
