I don’t go to this Starbucks very often as it’s normally out of the way but when I do the staff is always friendly and drinks are always make quickly and right. I went in today (my Starbucks app name is Glinda Upland, huge Wicked fan) the barista with the salt and pepper hair very kindly took a moment to draw Glinda (bubble and all) on my cup! Not only was my drink delicious, I was having a bit of a rough day and his decision to share his art with me put the biggest smile on my face!!!! It’s the little things that make the biggest difference in people’s day, I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend this location.

I realized I haven't written a review here yet. Everytime I come here, Jason and the team are always so nice and welcoming! Whenever I have silly questions to ask, they have no problem answering them for me. Which I really appreciate. Thank you guys so much for being wonderful people, keep up the good work!

You can snack inside or outside at tables with umbrellas. The staff was really nice- I loved that my barrista drew a kitty on my cup- it made my day

Stood there for 15 minutes from 6:40pm to 6:55pm without being acknowledged. 1 staff making all the drinks and taking orders, while another staff disappeared into the back cleaning things, didn't come out to help or acknowledge the lineup of people waiting. At least 5 people waiting for drinks and another 4 left in line waiting to order. After 15 minutes of waiting the 1 staff who was doing all the orders and making all the drinks, finally decided to acknowledge the line. However despite being first in line they decided to ask the guy beside me if he was ready to order. I dont know how it's okay to ignore the people in line for so long and not come out and help but then to serve not the first person in line. I left without getting anything because that customer service was beyond ridiculous. Thanks for nothing.
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, the head manager was really helpful, kind, funny, and overall a really great person which made my day, credits to her and the team, amazing service 10/10 would come back!!

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Zehraa and the other wonderful team member who were incredibly kind and helpful to me. My phone had just died, and I was feeling quite hungry and stressed. The second lovely lady went out of her way to find a charger for me and kindly let me charge my phone, allowing me to order some food and recharge myself as well. Their kindness and generosity truly made my day. 🫶

Went in this morning. I ordered a breakfast sandwich & a coffee. The breakfast sandwich bag was covered in grease & cheese on the bag. I’m serious. They couldn’t even get a new bag. The moment I grabbed it, I had cheese & grease on my hands. For $10 for a coffee & breakfast sandwich, so many other place you can go. The coffee was awful today & the breakfast sandwich was not only covered in grease but had 1 sad piece of bacon & was awful. Go to a local coffee shop & don’t waste money here. Not good service from staff with the lack of care for customers starting the day. If you are reading this don’t go here. Paying $10 for a coffee & breakfast sandwich is not a problem at all! But if they serve you this trash for that, you can spend your money somewhere else & get way better.
