The worst service ever. Theres a asian girl that seems racist. She doesnt know how to speak to customers after again and again asking for order she just ignores. Such rude service Worst experience ever

Asked employee if the new pumpkin loaf contains nuts before buying it (it might be a silly question, but I just wanted to be on the safe side due to allergy and this mistake had happened before and it was not busy in the morning) she said with an angry expression - “do you *see* any nuts in that bread?” The display was kinda foggy so I couldn’t actually really see the stuff and labels in it clearly :( the employees are so unfriendly sometimes

Starbucks is great and all but the staff here make me uncomfortable, Im sure people have bad days but it's consistent that I get a nasty look from the same two ladies behind the counter, I've started ordering online only for this reason. Now I just have my grilled cheese sandwich carelessly tossed across the counter in my general direction.

I can't believe Starbucks charges 6.95 for Tang. They call them Refreshers. It was a total waste of time and money. They call it strawberry acai and it tastes like crystal powder in water with a few freeze dried strawberries. Staff are as usual very kind and hard working but the food and drinks are not worth anything. Sorry, I never like giving bad reviews but I am now totally off Starbucks. The only thing I liked about the refresher was the plastic cup it came in.
