Was hard to find - should be advertised as being inside the school. After wasting 10 mins on trying to locate was very disappointed with the amount of ice that was put into my pink drink. Only a quarter of the cup had the actual drink!

As a student, caffeine has become important to me, especially now that it's exam season. This was my first time trying the Starbucks on campus, and I had a great experience! The cashier was very charming -- she greeted me with a smile, helped me choose a holiday drink, and offered free samples to help me decide what I wanted. She explained that they could customize my drink however I wanted. Not only did they oblige my request for a less sweet drink, the barista also gave me extra whipped cream, unprompted. The peppermint mocha with less sugar was perfect for my tastes.
Location-wise, this Starbucks is in the Meeting place in the Science Wing, which is an open-concept and accessible space. It can get loud and busy while classes are in session, and sometimes events are hosted in the Meeting place. This cafe looks fairly new, and they have a mobile pick-up window for if you're busy and want to order ahead to skip the line. Luckily, no one was in line when I went, so I had my drink within a couple minutes.
In terms of quality and service, I prefer this Starbucks to the Tim Horton's on campus -- come here if you're ready to spend a bit more for a better coffee. I'll come here again!
Messed up my order after confirming twice bruh waited 15 mins for my order to be messed up 🤡 $8 for some tea they messed up that’s worth like $3 MOST
No other Starbucks charges for water. And they charge 80cents? Boo management!
Untrained. They messed up my order then when I told them they remade it but it was wrong again. I really think they need to start giving receipts. I ordered ice chai with pumpkin cold foam and they made me iced coffee with pumpkin sauce and cold foam it was so disgusting because I hate coffee. I paid $8 and ended up taking one sip and throwing it out because how many times am I going to go back but I’m never coming here again not to mention the girl who took the order said she couldn’t use my gift card and I literally only came here because of the gift card but I said that’s fine. I understand you guys are students which is why I didn’t want to go back and say anything but after paying like so much money just take the time to take orders and get them right.

Very mediocre, even for Starbucks. I did have some luck with my frappucinos in the past but every time I try ordering customised matcha - it puts me off. Plus, they overcharge more than other locations. There are a few nice girls on the staff but otherwise, the staff treats customers with annoyance all over the face, which brings up the question: why are they working in Starbucks then?Oh, and strangely, midway through the year they stopped accepting rewards points - strange scheme, what is the use of a rewards program if some locations can claim their own policies?
The guy with the beard was rude, didn’t even say hi and ask me for the size, 0 customer service hope he get fired
Worst Starbucks…Ordered on app 15mins ago and when I arrived they just start preparing it, btw it’s a morning with barely 2 walk in customers. 4 employees cant handle this?? You kidding me? This happened several times, like if you guys are not familiar with your job or don’t care about it just quit. Your customers are purchasing coffees not your poor attitude man.
