I would say the cashier lady is really nice and like a usual starbucks experience (greetings and asking names), but the barista, the one who makes the coffee is just ignorant and doesn't even care and with no spirit. I have been there multiple times and it has always been like this. After the barista lady finished making the coffee she would just throw it on the desktop without saying your name and noticing you the coffee is done. Feels like she does not really care about...
This Starbucks is pretty good and maintains the standards like most other retail locations across the city. The service is quite slow during peak times: you may wait more than 10 minutes for your drink, and most of the people working there are new hires, so you may wait a little longer than usual (which is fine for me, since I don't go when there is a rush).
