Love them!!!! The customer service is phenomenal! Amazing place. Great measures put in place for COVID 19. I had a great visit.
This one specific barista just knows how to ruin my day. I always order my coffee in the morning. i tried to adjust my order so that i don't have to ask for extra. but somehow she just knows how to ruin someones day. If you’re that short lady/girl with a mask and glasses. I hope your days get better. I don't know what i did to you to make my coffee taste bad.

Worst starbucks I went to. Only one partner (POS) was nice but he knew I am a partner. Bar and handoff person were not smiling, not greeting and handing off drinks like she was mad. I understand they are busy but I don’t think that is an excuse. (July 27th 2025, 6:07pm)

Yesterday I went to this starbucks (on a 32° day). Ive been recently sick and felt like I was going to pass out so I went to starbucks just to get a SMALL cup of WATER. immediately no “hi, how are you?” from the older asian male employee but I didn’t mind and just said “Hi can I please have one cup of water please?” and he responded coldly saying “um..no?” I said excuse me? he said “no you have to buy something” in a very annoyed tone. i never heard of this and said really? he then went “ugh hold on” and got me a warm cup of water and with a whole line of people yelled from the other side “next time, buy something.” with the worst attitude; i couldn’t believe it. i was so embarrassed and i’ve worked in food, i’ve never heard of not being able to have tap water and i wouldn’t have questioned or been upset if he had just told me normally instead of acting like id been there a million times asking. i never knew. please train your employees, especially him on how to treat customers. i was respectful, and hoped for it in return. i don’t know if it was because im a teenager, but i did not deserve to be treated like that. very disappointed and won’t be coming back.

Seats are supposed to be for customers. Just a suggestion, maybe put a sign on the table saying that it is only for Starbucks customers. We wanted to enjoy our food, but we had to walk and find a seat somewhere else because most people that are occupying the seats while on the phone doesn’t even have any food ordered from them.

The old black guy in the cashier had such a nasty attitude when I told him I wanted to use my starbucks stars for an order. Ew dude just chill!! 😒🙄 Never had a bad experience at a starbucks before him.

One poor barista whose making drinks where as one on cash as one is one break plus one who is barely doing anything and just chatting to the barista whose making drinks should be jumping in to help and talking

There’s a female staff Starbucks barista with short colored hair and wearing a mask and everytime she makes my venti matcha drink with NO FOAM, SHE ALWAYS ADDS FOAM! It’s frustrating cuz I can’t ask her to remake it when I need it rn for my break! Their manager needs to do something about her cuz she doesn’t even fill my drink. She just fills it to look like it was full with FOAM when my order was literally NO FOAM. I love the other Starbucks barista that are not so selfish like this one cuz they always don’t add foam to my drink and always fills it up to the top cuz it’s what I paid for. I’d gladly give them a shoutout. But This girl should be like them. Otherwise, idk what to tell you. Atleast read orders properly.

Barista followed the order customization. I usually get the same drink and they have upheld the consistency of the drink.
Ordered a Latte with oat milk. Drink did not come with its usual white label, but I didn't think anything of it. I went home and took a gulp and realized it was prepared with milk. Had stomach pain all day thanks to this.
Can't believe Starbucks no longer offers water without a purchase. Visited this Starbucks today and waited patiently in a long line to ask for a cup of water. The cashier insisted that it's new company policy that customers can no longer receive water without a purchase. Despite visiting this very same Starbucks location at least 3 times a week for my morning coffee, this was a very disappointing experience to say the least. It feels like the company is moving in a direction that deviates from their core values as Belongingness, Results driven, and bringing Joy.
I have been ordering this one drink almost everyday, the same exact one. The other times I get this was perfect. This morning I was in a rush to go to school, and I was debating whether or not to get a drink. I really like their cold foam so I always ask for extra. When I was ordering my drink I saw who was making it, and it was the same person that gave me a lot of ice (when I asked for light) or the add on toppings and the cold foam doesn’t even look like it’s “extra” I even took out one of my add on’s so I could get more foam, but more than half of my cup of just the add on’s and tasted like water somehow maybe it was the ice. I was kind of disappointed, had to throw away half the drink. I don’t mind paying a little more but getting something that I paid for and it wasn’t good. whole point of Starbucks is that I get to customize my drink, but what’s the point when the barista doesn’t fall through. I could’ve just bought something else.
