The staff are really nice but the issue is the wait times. There's only ever 1 or 2 people working, and at least 1 of them is training, so the wait times are really long. It took 20mins for an iced coffee. This is the only starbucks in the area so hiring more people is essential or this specific startbucks will keep getting 1 star reviews.

I went here twice and the both times I got watered down beverages. I payed for 3 beverage yesterday and it was missing the pearls in one of my drink. I asked them where are the pearls and they said”sooorry we don’t have then right now” why didn’t they tell me before I paid $25 for three small drinks? He was very rude!!!

I work in the same plaza as metro, i often visit this location. When i go, and the tall gentleman is working - my drinks are NEVER made correctly. I go on my lunch break so it is difficult to go back and have the drink remade.Iced chai tea latte, made with oat milk… is purely milk and ice.Iced shaken hazelnut espresso with oat milk… purely espresso, ice & water ???Please do something about this. I cannot continue to waste my money in hopes i will get a decent beverage.

11:50 in the morning and they dont have strawberry pieces??Yo what is going on ,and on being asked then whats the concession for missing items:), the guy told me oh you know the pieces are only for changing color or sthTypically they are the inclusive and the price was being told the same!!!I mean, What is this man.Nice going starbucks!
