I went when they had just opened, no one was in line with me. I ordered and had opted out of giving my name. The cashier made it an issue and went and told her coworker. That coworker purposefully gave me a mobile order that wasn’t mine and told me this is why we put names on orders. I found this service terrible won’t be going back.

I ordered a venti matcha and asked for it to be shaken. The barista, a short brown-haired woman, responded with an attitude, saying they don’t do that anymore and hesitated to make the drink. I understand that policies may change, but I have ordered it this way many times before without issue, and no other barista has responded in this manner. Additionally, I requested light ice, but my drink was filled with about 75% ice. When I pointed this out, she dismissively said, “Well, you drank it,” which came across as unprofessional and rude. As a customer, I expect respectful communication and basic customer service. This interaction left me very disappointed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customer experiences can improve.

Coffee frap looked like a vanilla bean frappe but tasted like was just ice, milk and a pump of coffee frap syrup.
This place is the worst for coffee or espresso and always lacks these main ingredients

Just ordered 2 chai tea lattes, and wondering if the server even knew how to prepare the drink because they taste nothing like the real thing.
This is what I order at Starbucks most of the time and this was the worst prepared drink I’ve had
Pity because I paid the full price

Seriously need to pay more attention to the details I paid to line my cup with caramel and they absolutely clearly didn’t do that. Thanks for ruining the drink pay attention next time.

very slow service these girls are too slow, if u need more time at least inform the customer of the alternatives, they made me wait 15 mins for a black coffee, never waited that long

The staff are really nice but the issue is the wait times. There's only ever 1 or 2 people working, and at least 1 of them is training, so the wait times are really long. It took 20mins for an iced coffee. This is the only starbucks in the area so hiring more people is essential or this specific startbucks will keep getting 1 star reviews.

I went here twice and the both times I got watered down beverages. I payed for 3 beverage yesterday and it was missing the pearls in one of my drink. I asked them where are the pearls and they said”sooorry we don’t have then right now” why didn’t they tell me before I paid $25 for three small drinks? He was very rude!!!
