Went to this location yesterday during my lunch break and noticed they were clearly short-staffed, but the team handled everything really well. Despite being busy, they maintained great cleanliness in the store and my beverage was absolutely perfectly made and Upto standard. I appreciate the staff’s effort & professionalism even under great pressure. Great job!

Convenient location. Staff is friendly. I just find the staff do not make the drinks the same one day I'll really enjoy my brown sugar, shaken espresso, and the next time I go, it's super bitter or missing ingredients it seems. My only suggestion is maybe retraining the staff every so often to ensure consistency!

Went on a drive thru around 10 am and the guy in the window serving us was so rude and kissing his teeth. He shouldn’t be working on a customer service and get a job that suits him. It looks like he hate his job. I’ve been going to Starbucks but this location was disappointing especially for Starbucks.

I ordered brown sugar oat shake espresso but there’s no brown sugar. Super bitter and I won’t be able to drink it. First time happened to me. Omg I can’t stand the taste. I wasted my money .
One of the most disappointing customer service experiences. I placed a mobile order for a drink for pickup and the staff completely forgot to make it and place it on the order pickup desk. I’m not an impatient person, but watching other customers come in after you and place long orders and have them delivered promptly while the staff doesn’t even come to acknowledge you or ask if you needed help was really disappointing. I had to go to the counter and wave the staff down after they refused to acknowledge me and ask about my drink. I will never visit this location again.

Looks like the staff around 6:00pm asian maybe korean guy does not know what they are selling. Told them no coffee for the cream base choco chip drink coz its for kids they gave mocha which is a coffee. Now kids cant sleep!
