I ordered brown sugar oat shake espresso but there’s no brown sugar. Super bitter and I won’t be able to drink it. First time happened to me. Omg I can’t stand the taste. I wasted my money .

One of the most disappointing customer service experiences. I placed a mobile order for a drink for pickup and the staff completely forgot to make it and place it on the order pickup desk. I’m not an impatient person, but watching other customers come in after you and place long orders and have them delivered promptly while the staff doesn’t even come to acknowledge you or ask if you needed help was really disappointing. I had to go to the counter and wave the staff down after they refused to acknowledge me and ask about my drink. I will never visit this location again.

Looks like the staff around 6:00pm asian maybe korean guy does not know what they are selling. Told them no coffee for the cream base choco chip drink coz its for kids they gave mocha which is a coffee. Now kids cant sleep!

Food are very standard, not much to say. But the service for people make effort to walk in to order food don't get that respect as drive through, I' ve done many times drive through, it was quick, looks like if a customers are already there so they don't value their time.

The New Staff sucks! Also, they have become too stingy? 𝐌𝐬. 𝐂𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐚 at the counter asked too many questions even though the the Free refill policy is amply clear (Even though I had ordered and paid for 2 large Latte's and have been sitting (& working) right in front of the counter since 3 hours. Why ask questions when you can simply scan my app to review past order details? Creates unnecessary bitterness - not sure it its lack of training or a dictat based on their recent economics.

The drinks order where incorrect but they were still so kind to replace the drinks with the correct order. Really appreciate the customer service here in the kindness.
Customer service at this location is the perfect Customer experience, I had to write this review, Arvin hope I spelt the name correctly, took my order, and I just casually mentioned that they make my order the best at this location. Well to my surprise when I got to the pick window, order was upgraded to a larger size, how wonderful is that for great customer service. Just keep shining team Starbucks on Milner ....

This Starbucks location is very nice and the service is fast, employees here are very nice and helpful. Drive through line can be busy most of the time but the wait is not bad at all.
