Every staff member is always really friendly but I had an exceptional experience with staff named Reese recently. There was a miscommunication with my order that honestly might have been my fault and she did such a great job addressing my concern and was super quick too! Lovely human :)

Some of the employees here have a bad attitude problem towards customers. Samantha's service was very unsatisfying. Be respectful to your customers that come to your store to pay for the products that you serve. We are not coming inside your store to ask for free stuff. The worst customer service I have experienced from Starbucks.

I visited this Starbucks location around 9:30 PM and had a very disappointing experience with the cashier. From the moment I approached the counter, I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged in a friendly manner. I wasn’t able to get the barista’s name but she had blonde dyed hair and is Asian. As I began to place my order, I was rushed and cut off before I could even finish my customizations. I had a few simple modifications — cold foam, vanilla syrup, no ice, and oat milk — but the cashier interrupted me and impatiently asked, “Anything else?” in a rude and dismissive tone. Her attitude came across as completely uninterested and unprofessional.

Problems with this Starbucks all the time and I don’t come here much because of it but when I do there’s a problem. Today I ordered an iced chestnut praline latte and it took them 4 times to make the drink right. I don’t get why this is so hard.

Waiting 20 min for a coffee is unacceptable. I stood there as drive thru order after drive thru order was made while ignoring me who was standing inside. This location prioritizes drive thru and uber orders, do not go inside. You will be ignored.

Waited in the drive through for over 15 minutes and received this. It looks like it fell and they just threw it back in the bag. Waste of money because it will not be eaten.
The music is way too loud. Please play the music at a reasonable volume so that customers don’t have to be screaming while trying to talk to each other. Sets a horrible ambience for a cafe.
