I don’t come to this location often, but every time I have I’ve always had such a wonderful experience. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Shar was extremely patient and helpful with me (I’m usual indecisive when it comes to drink choices) & she made some great recommendations. She made me feel really welcomed and any time I’m in the area I look forward to popping by for a quick snack or drink. The atmosphere is always so calm and laid back, a great location to work, study, read a book or even catch up with a friend. Would highly recommend this location 10/10. Thank you to the staff for making my experience so great!

There was a blue piece of plastic in my venti ice coffee, looks like a ripped part of a glove or a milk bag …took a sip and felt it in my mouth and spit it out, really gross and I immediately went back to show the barista. I was not able to speak to a manager or supervisor about it because apparently there wasn’t one working at the time (Sunday 4:30pm). This was a definite choking hazard and overall disgusting.

I felt the need to write a review because I've consistently had bad experiences at this store. The matcha latte tastes different every time I visit, with no consistency. Service is extremely slow, even when there's no line inside or in the drive-thru. The staff seem more focused on chatting than on preparing orders. Always disappointed — definitely not coming back to this store.

The black lady brewsita ask customer to go around or come back to drive throu simply she don’t want to get penalized . That is the most terrible thing to do in service I have to go around come back and line up . great I’ll never come back no thanks
Fly on my drinks- I cannot believe this is Starbucks. I wouldn’t notice it if I did not open the lid and try to add milk. I Sip the whip foam and there it is lifeless fly. I wanted to complain big time, but I will just have to resolve to getting my coffee elsewhere even if I live in the area. I hope this people will have better training and clean up. Make sure there’s no flying insects with food and drinks they serve. Still good luck.
