I would give zero stars, placed an order through drive thru today , black make barista was showing attitude when trying to get our order and he messed up my caramel Frappuccino and when asked to fix it he just put it back in same cup and served it to me , it was like water not even a frap , as well as the matcha drink all there was is foam. Tried to call the starbuck multiple times they did not even pick up the phone.

I love this starbucks but WHY IS IT SO COLD. Great spot for a drink and hangout but my gosh everyone's bundling up!
Super busy location sometimes but very nice in general. There was some miscommunication with one of our orders. no harm there, but baristas apologized and replaced the drink! Team is awesome and super friendly!

If they don’t butter your bagel or other pastry for you, they could (at the very least offer ) partially softened spread. I bought a toasted bagel and I wasn’t surprised by the butter or spread being on the side, but when I discovered it, it was rockhard…. I took it up to the counter to ask the gentleman why they didn’t at least soften the butter a little and his only answer was that is the way they do it. Then he just went back to what he was doing. And they do not have any softened spread he muttered. Very bad customer service. Nobody can spread a frozen product on food.COME ON STARBUCKS, YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS!!!!
