The staff who work here are kind, and the drinks are usually good, but I cannot adequately express how SLOW they are. It truly takes me 20 minutes to get my drink every single time I walk in. They have so many people working here so I’m unable to understand what the hold up is besides that they prioritize drive through orders?

Slow service and the Wifi download speed is even slower. Will give 5 stars if Wifi improves. The nearby Tim Hortons' Wifi download speed speed is way better. Good atmosphere but freezing temperature inside - possibly on purpose to make customers buy and leave.

They could not make blonde vanilla latte. They tried twice and it tasted like hot water and steamed milk. Not very talented please avoid this location. Very disappointing 😕

I would give zero stars, placed an order through drive thru today , black make barista was showing attitude when trying to get our order and he messed up my caramel Frappuccino and when asked to fix it he just put it back in same cup and served it to me , it was like water not even a frap , as well as the matcha drink all there was is foam. Tried to call the starbuck multiple times they did not even pick up the phone.
