Came in to buy 13 - $5 gift cards for my 13 year old’s birthday party loot bags and I was profiled. I stated multiple times that the cards were $5.00 each, and even the associate repeated this three times. I was then asked for my license and credit card for ID. I asked the sales representative to direct me to the written policy that supports this action, because I have never been asked for ID to purchase gift cards—not even in Seattle, where my husband is from and where I visit often.
Also, the staff insistence on seeing my driver’s license after I provided my Amex felt targeted, profiled and unnecessary. Starbucks is not a bank, why ask me for this?!! If i could give this location a 0 that is what they would get.

The place is very cozy and have a warm atmosphere, staff are nice and welcoming . Parking lot is big enough and you won't have issue to find a parking spot . Clean washrooms and fast receive orders .

I recently ordered the Pink Drink through the app. I was in a rush, so I couldn’t check the quality right away. As soon as I started drinking it, I noticed a strange taste. Upon closer inspection, it seemed like the coconut milk had gone bad. Really disappointing experience. Attaching a photo for reference.

The employees are so kind!! I came to this location to study and I’ve noticed that they walk around periodically to ask customers if they’d like any water, if the plugs are working, and if we’re doing ok; they even offered to refill my water bottle! I also noticed that they clean the washrooms and entrance area after every busy rush.
This location is colder and they tend to play louder pop music, so it may not be ideal to study at. However, the employees are so hard working and do a great job at making sure their customers are satisfied and taken care of.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The drink I ordered was poorly made, and when I politely raised my concerns, the staff seemed unwilling to remake it or offer a proper solution. I felt disrespected as a customer. This attitude goes against the service values that Starbucks usually stands for — making customers feel heard and valued. I hope the management can address this issue so future guests receive the quality and respect they deserve.

It's been my fourth week going to this Starbucks location And without a shadow of doubt, the People culture and service kept me returning, sometimes three times a week or more. The atmosphere is very People's friendly, pleasant, undisturbed and relaxing.
Syed and his team including Johnny, Yusra and the lovely team, has shown nothing but a personalized service that is unparalleled.

At first the cashier told us to wait and then when our turn came, told us to purchase something with a puppichino, it’s clearly mentioned on Starbucks website that you don’t need to purchase anything to get a puppychino. This is insane and the first Starbucks that ever treated customers like this. Our time of visit at the store- June 13th- 8:10PM

There is one staff who is very rude, I forgot to check his name , i’m not racist but he’s Indian, a bit old. I notice that he’s rude to a lot of customers even before me. I like starbucks drinks and pastries but this is branch has bad staff.
