Had a job nearby and stopped at Stone Well for lunch. Lovely place - owner and everyone behind the bar was extremely nice. Great prices for their daily specials and delicious food. Couldn't ask for more.
Finally went here after hearing about the Fish n Chips Friday special. The battered haddock did not disappoint! It even came with a lemon wedge— a great sign of serious fish n chips. Fries were fine too. Friendly server. Great music playlist. Lots of locals and sports on tv. Clean washrooms. We will be back for brunch and other “specials” like Taco Tuesday! Wish we had tried here sooner! A local gem.
This is a great local neighbourhood pub. It has really become a great spot in the area. The owner Richard and the staff are incredible, caring and attentive. The wings are some of the best in the neighbourhood. Their new specials are also really worth trying. The trivia and karaoke night is always a good time on Thursdays. The owner has really curated this place to be somewhere where you can meet your friends for a cold one and even meet new ones - it’s a very friendly and inclusive...
