Excellent food. Excellent staff. The only gripe is that the seating capacity isn't enough. Had to wait in the cold. But other than that no complaints whatsoever.
Visited Subiksha Yesterday after lots of feedback from friends and colleagues in Scarborough and Here’s my two cents about it :
Me and family had a great experience The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor.
Their service was quick and friendly, making the whole experience even better.
The variety on their menu is impressive, and everything I tried was really tasty.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone for good quality and authentic food.
Couldn’t capture everything we ate but enough to understand how good it was.
Also it felt like old school authentic local food places where you get those 90s or early 2000s vibes. :)
Worth a visit.
Vegetarian options: Every food item is Vegetarian.
Kid-friendliness: They have couple of high chairs available to make the kids comfortable.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s little challenge with 2 steps. Somebody needs to help the wheelchair to get in. They have 2 table where you can easily sit for wheelchair access.
One of my favourite restaurants and only favourite dosa restaurant in Scarborough or anywhere else I ever had. If my friends or family ask for south Indian this is the only place comes in my mind. I always recommend to everyone.

Worst experience at Subhiksha today. Their food quality has terribly changed a lot. No hygiene at all... Pathetic atmosphere here... Will never come back.
Very reliable South Indian restaurant. The food is tasty and they are consistent with the quality and taste. Portions are too good for the price. FYI, they charge you extra for extra sambar and chutneys. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving for South Indian idly vada dosa coffee!!
Very much disappointing and upset about the expectation after spending more than 80 CAD ,I ordered idli, dosa, pori, and everything i left half.. Taste not good, idli was cold and sanbar salty,puri was not properly fried,even after informed they are didn't bother to hear Staff rude behavior seating arrangement not organized. I knew subiksha more than 4 years, they are taking granted to customers nowadays.
