I recently tried a Subway burger, and it was amazing! The freshness of the ingredients, the perfectly made sandwich, and the cleanliness of the store really stood out. A big shoutout to Sheila for her excellent service—she made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

I came to order 2 subway foot long series with coupons. When it was time to pay, I told the employee that I had the $3 off coupons and asked her if she applied them to 2 of the subways I ordered. She said yes so I paid thinking she did apply them to both orders.

I looked at the receipt and only 1 order was discounted. I told her this and she asked for her manager’s opinion what to do.

The “manager” then told me that I could only apply one coupon to one order and I told her that I had 2 coupons (showing proof). I then asked if I can get a refund and start the order all over with 2 of my subways discounted. She declined making excuses that because I used a coupon, I can no longer get a refund and some shit and that I should do that next time.

As someone who used to work from the fast food industry, I know for sure you can refund. This is bullshit.

Left without even correcting the error they made.

If I could give a 0 to all. My mom is a diabetic and needed to eat dinner, so we've stopped here to pick up a sandwich, and I was told. Sorry, you have to wait until I do this online order. It will be a long wait. You can hear another person in the back, but the employee couldn't call for help and wanted us to wait. No, thank you i will go somewhere else, as this place always has the worst service.

I dont want to give any star to service. I bought tandoori vegi footlong and for 13$ i gave her 20$ bill. She just gave me back 5 $ bill and then I ask for 2$ more bcz she needs to return me 7$. She said i gave you already. She is not accepting her mistake and in front all louder she said no look in ur purse and around. What a disgusting service. Owner can check camera around 1:45 pm on august 28 if they want to confirm.
After reading reviews i had doubt but i think i made mistake to visit the store I will never come
back again

This is lack of customer service especially Sharmila who’s impatient to every customers. She was caught sitting down on the table talking on the phone while it’s busy. This is the recurring theme each time. The rest of the staff should be trained on how to learn and serve customers in a timely positive manner. Do not go or eat at this location.

Ordered a sub. Gave the girl there my instructions of what I wanted. And how I wanted the sub made. I asked for SnP but right away I corrected myself for pepper only as she was about to shake the tin.

She insisted the tin was just pepper when it clearly was labelled "S/P". I had to raise my voice to have her stop. She refused, she insisted the tin says that, but it's just pepper, it was just labelled that way. I asked her to show me. It clearly was salt and pepper!

She ruined my food and all she had to say was "sorry"! She either thinks her customers are dumb enough to buy her lies. Or she's not too bright herself.

I just called the 888 number to contact the store, and it kept ringing.

Don’t be fooled by the higher star ratings, I’ve worked across the street for almost 2 years now, and their service hasn’t improved. I waited 20 minutes for a sub today, and there were 3 people in front of me, (one paying, one getting there sub made, and the third guy was still waiting to be served). I used up more than half my lunch waiting. They don’t make as good subs as other subways do and seem to not listen very well. The owner clearly doesn’t care about quality and speed since, like I said, this hasn’t improved in the last 2 years. Do everyone the favour and simply don’t go to this location and let someone else take their place that will serve the community better.
