I had the pleasure of being served by Nitu at Subway, and I must say, her level of professionalism and dedication to her work is outstanding. She was not only friendly and welcoming but also efficient in preparing my order, ensuring everything was made to perfection. Her attention to detail and positive attitude truly made the experience memorable. Even though I don’t know her personally, Neetu's genuine care and excellent service are evident, and I can tell she takes pride in delivering a top-notch customer experience. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a pleasant and efficient Subway visit!
I had a great experience at this Subway thanks to Nikoo.She was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. Was missing ice tea on mobile order and when I phoned the store to place complaint no one answered.
Just had Nicole as my server, extremely horrible attitude, unbelievable. Her face is much more suitable for a funeral not at a food place, literally uninterested in talking. I had a coupon for choice of 2 subs and she only lets me choose one, she also just took my coupon and didn't give it back to me, when I asked for it back she ignored me for like 5 mins while helping another customer when it takes 3s to give it back to me. How the hell are u guys hiring??
Terrible customer service, I got used a coupon which was if I buy 1 footlong I get 2 footlongs for free and the 2 woman didn't put it in the machine and I had to pay 37$ such a scammers. That one white Latina lady is so rude. How did she even get hired?

Worst subway ever
Came today 27 feb 8:10pm the lady working said just hurry up if r placing orders online she cannot speak English cannot understand English rudest behaviour I ask her name she didn’t answer after asking 3 times she said shaaa…something even her name was not there in name tag, in a panic created by her i didn’t add any sauce I politely ask her she said u didn’t order I said bcos u were making me rush it didn’t gave me option online, dear owner the main problem of her behaviour is why I came at 8:10pm she don’t want to serve me from the time I entered never come back here, it is second time
I ordered a ham sandwhich with olives and jalapeños, they staright up just gave me ham. No olives or jalpeno
I recently tried a Subway burger, and it was amazing! The freshness of the ingredients, the perfectly made sandwich, and the cleanliness of the store really stood out. A big shoutout to Sheila for her excellent service—she made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

I came to order 2 subway foot long series with coupons. When it was time to pay, I told the employee that I had the $3 off coupons and asked her if she applied them to 2 of the subways I ordered. She said yes so I paid thinking she did apply them to both orders.
I looked at the receipt and only 1 order was discounted. I told her this and she asked for her manager’s opinion what to do.
The “manager” then told me that I could only apply one coupon to one order and I told her that I had 2 coupons (showing proof). I then asked if I can get a refund and start the order all over with 2 of my subways discounted. She declined making excuses that because I used a coupon, I can no longer get a refund and some shit and that I should do that next time.
As someone who used to work from the fast food industry, I know for sure you can refund. This is bullshit.
Left without even correcting the error they made.
