Placed a delivery through app, and it was sent to this store. By the time the delivery person arrived, store was closed. Called them the next day, they said it’ll take 5-7 business days for refund. 5-7 came by and went, no refund. Went to the store directly. They told me to call customer service, but they won’t give me any phone number. Manager then said to call my bank for a refund. More than a month later I’m still trying to fix this mess.

Placed an order for delivery. Was given wrong drink. Both subs weren't toasted as ordered. One was missing toppings and was soggy like the veggies put on it were wet. So gross couldn't eat the soggy sub. No one answered the store phone line. I called many times!!!
This’s my regular subway shop. They always serve fresh and good food. Service is great. Very customer friendly, thanks to Amritha. Place also look neat as well.
