Awful service and awful employees. Had to cancel an online order because I had used an old phone number and I was told I'd recieve my refund in 7-10 days?? Like I paid for my food and I have it on the app showing it was ordered on that account, yet they refuse to serve my order

his happened three weeks ago. I called to order four platters for the church youth group two days before the pickup date. The person who took my order was Sony. My husband arrived at the store at the scheduled time, but there was only one person working on a Sunday. It seemed like they had no intention of sticking to the pickup time, as this one employee was preparing my order while simultaneously taking and serving other customers. My husband ended up waiting an additional hour and twenty minutes. He was absolutely furious.
To make matters worse, I later discovered that despite explicitly stating during the order that I did not want vegetable sandwiches, every single platter contained them. This branch clearly lacks any customer service mindset and is completely unscrupulous. You absolutely should not order from this place.

I got a nashville style sub which mentions Habenero jack cheese on it but she said she will charge us extra bcz it's Habenero. If you need to charge extra you might as well not mention it in your standard ingredients.
Having such employees ruin the reputation of an food outlet. I would never go back to this place if she is working. Worst experience.

False Advertising + Tiny Portions = Never Again
Came in excited to try the new “Footlong Doritos Nachos” that looked stacked and loaded on the promo poster — instead got a sad bowl of crushed chips, lettuce, and sauce barely covering the bottom. Where’s the “footlong”? More like “fun-sized regret.”
Also ordered a rice bowl that looked like it was missing half the ingredients. Tiny portion, barely any rice, and just a sprinkle of toppings. For the price, I expected more than air and a drizzle of disappointment.
Subway, if you’re gonna advertise something that dramatic on your windows, at least try to match it halfway in real life. Super misleading and honestly felt scammed.
Ik the portions would be smaller than advertise, but this is straight up false advertisement

Amazing food
Today i went with my daughter to the parkway mall location subway we got those snackable sandwiches they were good then we tried the FOOTLONG NACHOS we were disaapointed the lady gave us a small bowl it didn't even make quarter long it wasn't like they advertise it in the pics. It didn't worth the $4 honestly.
Placed a mobile order at this Subway and arrived at the store 5 minutes later to pick it up. The order had gone through, I had the confirmation and everything, but nothing was prepared.
Turns out they now have a “new policy” where they must call the customer to confirm the order is legit before making it. Even if… you’re literally standing in front of them… with proof of your order. 🤷♂️
The employee insisted on calling my phone (even though I was right there) but the number on file was an old one, so she couldn’t reach me.
Instead of simply confirming the order in person (as common sense would suggest), she said she had to cancel it, and that I’d need to update my number and place a whole new order just so she could call me again… while I stood there in the store. That’s when I gave up and just walked out.
The whole thing was absurd and unnecessarily complicated. I’ve used mobile ordering at countless places and never seen anything like this. Two stars because I like Subway in general, but this location needs to seriously rethink how it handles mobile orders.
Still frozen meat on my sandwich and I got no assistance or compensation for the disgusting sandwich

When the order is online, he doesn't put enough toppings. Not good ! My foot long was so light although I added lots of toppings.

He says it's vague. And can't complain like that! Well I'm a customer and you did put insufficient amount of toppings that I chose for my sandwich. You put extra light for each toppings. How can I be more clear?!
I always love my Sandwiches from Subway. The bread is always fresh and the Sandwiches are made just the way I like it.
Disappointed. Today is national cookie day, and subways website says that you get a free foot long cookie of your choice, with a purchase of a foot long sub. The employee told me that they can only do the gingerbread cookie, not the chocolate chip cookie. Each subway is supposed to honour the promotion from the website. I wanted a chocolate chip foot long cookie
