The containers, at the front where they keep all the ingredients, looks unclean; they should clean them more often. Additionally, some of the food looks a bit off.

I regret to inform you that my experience at this particular Subway restaurant was highly unsatisfactory. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment, as it has already received a negative review on Google. The behavior of the staff was notably unprofessional; they claimed ignorance regarding phone orders, which raises concerns about their training and preparedness for food preparation tasks. Furthermore, the staff member displayed a lack of interest in honoring promotions advertised on the website and falsely stated that drinks could not be provided due to an alleged lack of fountain facilities. Such deceptive practices are unacceptable, and I recommend avoiding this Subway location.

I ordered a 12-inch Piri Piri chicken sub ($14.79+Tax), and it was very disappointing. It looked nothing like the picture — barely any filling, and it didn’t feel like a real sub. The lady who was preparing it was extremely stingy with the ingredients, and the sub was not worth the money at all. She didn’t seem interested in providing good service either. Definitely not going back.

The worker with the fake lips is rude, terrible customer service. I went in to just buy 1 item, an orange juice, she didn’t say hi, she just told me the total, I gave her a 5$ bill then she proceeds to throw down my change, when my hand was clearly out to accept the dollar, then walked away. No hello, no have a good day, not one word. Why are people like this being hired? What customer service skills does she have? Maybe it’s cause i’m black! Cause she treated the white lady that was infront of me with manners. Fire that weirdo.

Ordered a combo with a diet Pepsi fountain drink (during which I can choose between fountain drink and bottle). The store didn't have diet pepsi and I asked for bottle instead and the employee said I had to pay extra. Why do I need to pay extra for something they couldn't fulfill? Not very friendly either
