Asked for grilled and toasted. Sandwich was ice cold. Asked for extra lettuce just a sprinkle. Completely mixed up all the subs and wrong sauces in wrong orders. Wrong toppings in wrong sandwiches. Dont even bother making online orders here. Nothint will be close to what u want.
The staff is not at all supportive. They are rude and argue about deals. They are always out of Veggie Patty even though they have it in storage. The staff never guides the customer for better combo or deals. Worst subway experience.

I recently visited this Subway and was impressed by the variety of fresh ingredients and the ability to customize my sandwich. The bread was soft, the veggies were fresh, and the overall taste was excellent. A special mention to Devam, who was extremely friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was prepared exactly as I wanted. Great experience overall!

It seems that everyone has similar problem with this harsh guy who was serving with hardly any manners. He was rushing me so hard to leave with in 5 min as he was closing at ten. I told him to put sauce on half to eat now then second for tomorrow at work. After he closed the each half subs, I asked him to place small quantity of sub sauce bbq sauce in one small container as other locations do for me, he kept on arguing by saying that I should have told him before plus he kept denying to give me small container as said that they dint give sauce on the side except for larger order. He went on and on with my friend arguing non stop as I refused to leave without next day sauce. He had no professional behavior and he should be told to change his behavior and be polite with serving customer. He must understand the need for food urgency if someone walked in few mins before closing we would appreciate.

I recently visited this lication with my friends and had a fantastic experience thanks to the incredible sandwich artist behind the counter! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that instantly made us feel welcome.
The sandwich artist was not only efficient but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. They took the time to ask about our preferences and made some great suggestions. What really stood out was the attention to detail—my sandwich was perfectly assembled, the artist even wrapped it neatly, making it easy to enjoy on the go. I highly recommend this Subway location for the tasty sandwiches.

Tonight around 21:35-21:40, we three friends together went to this subway to get sub. We had valid coupons to get some discounts. NAME OF THE EMPLOYEE IS HARSH. When we asked him to take our order, firstly he said i am closing the store and i cannot take the order. it was 21:35-21:45 and it was open till 22:00. he was serving another customer which came just before us. and he was denying to take our order. He said i am short of bread. we said you can give any bread which is available then he said i cannot make coupon sandwich then i asked can you do normal order without coupon? he said yes i cannot take normal order. then i said why is it like you have bread available for normal order and you are refusing to take our order if we are using coupon which is officially subway valid coupon. He denied to make our order. One of our friend had to pack the subway for breakfast next morning but he was still refusing. He was making us begging for the subway. At that moment, I started recording him and he aggressively tried to grab my phone. There is not option to upload the video otherwise I would have uploaded the video. He started abusing me then I also retaliated verbally. I mean making sub was that kind of big deal for him? when he just made sub for customer just before us. We had an incident with the same guy couple of weeks ago also when he refused us to sit there and eat, he said dine in is not allowed after 21:00. I mean who hired this crazy guy who knows nothing.
He is so unprofessional, he has no work ethics, he is so aggressive. He doesn’t know how to handle customer specially if they are hungry and need to eat something. He was so pathetic. I would never recommend anyone to go there specially around 21:30 as HARSH close the store before the actual time.

2024 August 31, at about 4 :40pm, I went to Subway and used a coupon to buy two footlong submarines worth $15.99. The male employee told me that there was no more footlong bread, but I clearly saw that there was footlong bread in the bakery cabinet. I asked him why. He said no, and he replied that you can't buy it at a discount price, you can only buy it at the regular price. I also asked him when I could use the coupon, and he clearly told me that it would be tomorrow morning, and the discount could not be used on those footlongs now. I hope your company will clearly state on the coupons next time that it is valid, such as 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., because this is not the first time I have used coupons to once a footlong purchase, but this is the first time this new rule has been implemented. It feels angry and ridiculous to hear that a famous restaurant in Canada with so many branches that it can allow employees to decide when customers can use coupons. I hope your company will review or adjust and retrain employees on its own. I believe that any customer encounters Everyone would find it outrageous and ridiculous, and the male employee even felt that it was up to him to decide not to approve the purchase unless it was at the regular price !

It's a subway. You know what to expect when it comes to their sandwiches and atmosphere.
If you are curious, DO NOT try the churro. It tastes like warm cardboard with cinnamon sugar sprinkled on top. Horrible.
