I’ve never been more disappointed at a Subway. The girl behind the counter was unbelievably rude. She didn’t greet me, barely acknowledged me, and acted like I was an inconvenience the entire time. This happened around 9 pm july31 2025 , and it was completely unacceptable. Customer service is a basic expectation, and this experience was a total letdown. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I really hope management takes this seriously before other customers face the same poor treatment.

I ordered rotisserie - style chicken foot long and a meat ball foot long on the app. I got to the store early for pick up and saw them make my sandwiches. Was very disappointed with the chicken amount they put in. First Lady had good amount, then another lady came from the back and took out from the sandwich. When I opened it, there was only about 9 pieces of chicken that was about the same size of my finger nail. It was like eating a veg sandwich. Might as well call it veg sandwich.

I came here today at 10:28pm, this location closes at 11pm. I walked in and there was a short chubby girl who didn’t even greet us. We walked in and immediately she said she has no bread only flat bread. With 30 minutes still left she openly told me she didn’t make any bread and that’s were finished for the day. Need better employees as clearly she didn’t want to make bread so she didn’t have to do her job.

I had such a horrible experience today. I live in Brampton, and at their Subway, they put a lot of vegetables in one customer’s sub, but at this location, the lady gave us so little in our footlong. When we asked her to add more, she refused. It was really disappointing. POOR PEOPLE. POOR SUBWAY. I’m never visiting this location again.

Absolutely the worst meatball sub I've ever received from anywhere. Not an iota of sauce on it & meatballs were dried out. Fed most of it to my dog. I get these subs all the time in Ajax where I work & they're delicious. Will never order from this place again as it's not first time I got crappy food.
This subway restaurant asks EXTRA MONEY FOR CRISPY ONIONS. They even have removed some toppings including crispy onions from app. Other restaurants don’t charge extra. Avoid this location.

The Lady and the guy in there was very friendly. It took only less than 5 minutes to get in and out with my sandwiches (as it should be). The add-ons were at the right portion. I will definitely visit again.

Its already so expensive to be buying lunch but when youre CRAVING subway and you decide to treat yourself and the service is horrible??? The lady was trying to give me a hard time over crispy onions. A subway worker actually recommended me to start adding crispy onions to my sandwiches to elevate the flavour and ever since, i always get crispy onions. For the first time in 2+years, i was told “ its a special topping and its extra charge for it” ???? Absolutely ridiculous. Even when i told her to charge me extra… she was stil giving push back??? I dont understand how this affects her at all. Horrible experience. Never coming back and telling all my coworkers and friends to stay away from this location too. Theyre also REALLLLLYYYY frugal with their toppings/veggies.
