The worst store ever. They charged 3$ extra for crispy onions. If you guys are hungry for the money you have other options like working for it what everybody is doing in this world rather than just stealing it like a stupid simp. Try to improve your customer service or i would say just take the most important thing you need which is retirement from food industry.

I’ve never been to a worse subway in my life. Every experience I’ve had here was subpar. One time they made my sandwich completely inedible by accidentally putting mustard all over it and then offering no resolution for the mistake. Usually I’m forgiving for mistakes but it’s not like I can scrape the sauce off my sandwich. Another time a worker scammed me into getting a gift card for a promotion that was no longer available and would not get me in touch with the manager to fix the issue and gave me any excuse to get me out of the door faster (only works if you purchase with the card, try a diff restaurant our scanner isn’t working, etc.). Realistically this is probably just the fault of whoever is training these people. The only smart training they receive is making you pay before the sandwich is even made so they don’t have to provide you with anything after they ruin your meal.Anyhoo I doubt anyone’s reading reviews before going to a Subway anyways so this probably doesn’t matter, but as an avid Subway sandwich enjoyer I hate this location so much I needed to provide a cautionary tale to you folks. Save yourself from disappointment and eat at the Subway on Ellesmere/Birchmount, they never let you down. Staff is super friendly and knows how to properly put a sandwich together which I didn’t think was asking for much but man was I wrong. Anyways Eat Fresh I guess

This store charged me $3.00 for crispy onions. The owner must be an idiot. For comparison sake, my veggie sub was $9.59, so the crispy onions were almost a third of the cost. I won’t be going back here.

Ordered twice online over a span of a month, was disappointed both times. I put “more” in all toppings but was given a stale bread with next to no veggies for ~$2-3 more per sub compared to other subways.

The owner does not pay his staff for work they do.He makes them overtime without paying overtime pay.He also tells at them for making minor mistakes and forces them to do all the work while he stands there and does nothing.I have seen this happen many times.I no longer go this location.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich at this location. The employee handling the frozen meat did not change his gloves when touching the bread which is a health hazard. He then proceeded to put the frozen chicken inside of the toaster where the bread is cooked, not the microwave, which I thought was weird but I thought he might have a clue what he was doing since he worked there. I got my toppings on it, paid for the food and left. I gave the sandwich to my brother as he was the one I was getting it for. He bit into it and said, "it tastes like I'm eating frozen chicken" and I took it from and felt the chicken and it was FREEZING and PINK. I was startled because undercooked chicken is dangerous to consume. I then went back there and explained what happened and told him to feel the cold chicken because he didn't believe us and the guy said, "let me call the manager." He called and the manager was telling him that he could make us a new sandwich but after that horrific experience we just wanted a refund. They told us they wouldn't give us a refund or make the sandwich anymore and kept arguing with us. We politely asked for their names and the restaurant number but they refused to give it to us. The employee called his manager about 3 more times and kept us there another 10 minutes arguing over nothing and refusing the refund. I would NOT RECOMMEND eating here due to unsafe meat procedures and rude customer service.

They charge $3.50 for extra cheese.... a turkey sub with extra cheese cost me $17. Not worth the price at this location.

Ordered on the subway app and order got messed up. The employees did try to make the order right by sending out what was missing but I had already left to go to work and all I wanted was to speak with a manager regaurding this issue. Unfornutatly management is very poor here and they refused to speak with me or even set up a date and time in the future to discuss the issue. Staff did everything they could to try to get the manager to call me but they refused.I contacted subway guest services, and I will update this review based on the outcome from that. So far lost money.Based on all the other negative reviews almost all based on management on this location and the ignorant responses to other reviews from the manager calling reviews jokes amd not realizing that there is a problem, I will continue to push this issue calling and writing to head office until they take action.

I pre-ordered using the subway app, waited for the time and confirmed the sandwich was ready. Upon arrival, the sandwich was not ready, they rushed to make it and skipped various instructions such as toasting and grilling. No additional ownership was taken for their fault, lack of professionalism.You can’t submit on the subway website as the date required, but you are unable to click or fill in the text box.
