This review is not about this restaurant. It is about the app. Took me 45 mins to figure it out because it won’t accept my gift card. The GC did not have enough balance and I couldn’t reload it online, I have to go to the store. Also, I cannot split the amount (half gc and half visa). What a waste of time.

This place is definitely a scam. Please avoid this location at all means. With the Mother’s Day gift card promotion posted in store, the guy insisted my coupon and gift card are fake simply because he didn’t know how to scan it properly. This is disrespectful and humiliating. It could also be a retaliation because I pointed out that he tried to charge me the price of a rice bowl although I only ordered a salad.

Sandwich was well assembled, service was nice and quick and they put a perfect amount of sauce. The reason I'm giving a 1 star review is because before tipping, I asked if the worker would receive a tip and she said no. What kind of disgusting piece of crap do you have to be to manipulate customers thinking they are tipping the workers while you steal their tips.

This is actually shameful! The gluten free bun CRUMBLED in my hands and was inedible. I had to throw it away. Considering the price gouging on the bun, I expect MORE. If you can't do gluten-free half decent, then you have no business doing it at all! Not to mention that SUBWAY has also removed the only gluten free chicken option. I ordered the (may contain) rotisserie chicken, and we will see if I can tolerate it... There are few options for people with dietary restrictions. If you're going to offer something, DO IT RIGHT!

Very polite and professional staff … gentleman was very polite on the counter ,that taking order i visited near 3 pm was a great experience and my order was also prepared very nicely.
Have been coming to this location for a couple of years. Today I placed a mobile order for pickup and it was incorrect, however the staff corrected the issue promptly and threw in a cookie as an apology. Really appreciated the great customer service and will always come back.
