The young lady working here this morning made me two perfect subs. I watched her make them and it was like an artist crafting a masterpiece. It might sound dramatic but taking pride in a product is crucial for businesses these days and goes a long way with customer satisfaction. Also everyone who works here is very pleasant and friendly, even on bad or chaotic days.

Very bad customer service, very dirty place and food , I want to eat but i want to use washroom first, the guy asked me to buy before using the washroom, he was rude and handling food and cash with same gloves.
Will never come back again .

I want to give a shout out to Reza (2873) located at Midland/kingston Rd. Very polite and professional service. Normally the service is forgettable sadly as most are dismissive but Reza had a fantastic way about him and charming. I manage a team of investors for my job and Reza would belong in that environment. Subway should feel very lucky having Reza in their team. I’ll be honest he should be teaching staff how to interact with customers because if every staff member was like him the company would look different, for the better. I’ll be going in again and if you read this Reza you can always reach out with your resume to me as you would fit our investment team perfectly. Not sure what happened to Subway these few years, anyways, we ordered turkey subs, cant go wrong with processed meat lol but the veggies, well, c'mon, at least get that right, were not fresh by any means especially the tomatoes, was edible, I used to go out of my way to get subway but now I usually pass by, it's just not like it used to be.
Staff were great and smiles all around. Place was dark and gloomy though and worn out looking, like on its last days.

For the second time ordering from this location our order was wrong. We order ahead for pick up and they don't read the orders properly. On top of that both times they haven't had the sauce I ordered. How do you runnout of bbq sauce mid week!

People are fine and food is good but twice in a row now I've had people touch my veggie sandwich bread and then change gloves or handle meat and then start putting the veggies on my sandwich so if your allergic to meat or not comfortable with meat touching your sandwich I don't recommend subway cuz of cross contamination

Subway means eating healthy veggies . They put very less or minimal veggies and sauces they can put . Cutting corners on customers food won’t make you profitable .
