What a terrible sandwich. No mayo, no sweet onions sauce. She is pinching the ingredients and the sub taste like cardboard. Stay away from this location. It use to be good several years ago.

Someone please tell the male employee who’s working past 5pm to stop squishing the bread while cutting it. I’m not picky with my food and I used to work for subway but I promise you no one needs to press down on a bread so hard while cutting it and press it even MORE to keep it open before putting the meat on the sub.
He’s gotten better over time in terms of not being stingy on the ingredients but he also never cuts it fully through causing me to separate the bottom of my sub every. Single. Time.

Otherwise, food is decent and still edible but the whole bread situation… please just make the slight correction so it’s up to subway standards. Thanks :)

last night, I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this Subway location. The employee working last night was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. She struggled to understand English, and despite my efforts to explain my order clearly, she made the sandwich however she wanted—completely wrong and messy. It was a waste of $15–$17.

When I told her this wasn’t what I ordered, she started yelling at me instead of trying to fix the mistake. I calmly asked to speak to a manager or owner, and she refused. Worst of all, she told me:
“Never visit this store again.”
That is completely unacceptable and deeply disrespectful to any paying customer.

I will absolutely never return to this location, and I strongly urge Subway corporate or the franchise owner to take immediate and strict action against this behavior. No customer deserves to be treated this way.

My recent visit to this Subway was disappointing due to poor service from one of the trainee employees. She seemed confused about the ingredients, was inefficient, and struggled to communicate clearly. Unfortunately, there were also noticeable hygiene issues that made the experience unpleasant.

That said, I want to highlight the excellent service provided by another employee—she’s shorter in height, very professional, efficient, always smiling, and really makes the customer experience positive. She stands out as a great example of how service should be.

I hope management takes note and provides proper training and support to improve.

I went to this Subway to pick up two Tuna Subs which I ordered through the app. I was dissatisfied with the lack of Tuna put on both subs ( it had not been the first time) and requested a refund. The employee told me to contact customer service, which I did. I received three emails from the Franchise thanking me for my feedback, seemingly a macro response as they all said the same thing,despite having different names at the bottom.

I replied to the email regarding the next step as the mention of my refund had not even been brought up. When contacting customer service through the App I specifically selected to request a refund.

I don't feel as if they truly care about the issue and that I was given the run around, instead of correcting it immediately in store.

Terrible experience and customer service.
