This subway is the worst subway i ever went in Canada as the employees tolds me the owner charge everything extra a 11.45 dollars rice bowl they charged 17.50 dollars

I recently visited a Subway in Toronto and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. The staff was attentive and ensured my order was made exactly to my liking. However, what truly made this visit stand out was the excellent service provided by Tanveer. Tanveer went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my meal, offering suggestions and making me feel welcome throughout the entire process. The restaurant was clean, the ingredients were fresh, and the sandwich was absolutely delicious. Itâs rare to encounter such dedicated and genuinely caring service. I highly recommend this Subway for its fantastic food and top-notch customer service, especially thanks to Tanveer's wonderful hospitality!
I visited the location recently and I had a very good experience there. I told the lady that I am vegetarian and she explained me really well about the processed cheese and eggless dressings. Food quality was good as well. Worth a visit!

In centennial college, I went to order a sandwich, and I asked kindly â is this halalâ?, she replied to me with an attitude nothing halal in Subway, oh really?
What does that mean? Subway messed up when they employed these type of employees.

Very poor service. The lady served the customer Tuna sandwich. And then I asked her to change the Gloves as I am strictly vegetarian. She refused to do that and makes excuses that she didnât touch the Tuna while making the sandwich and serving the customer. Very disappointed. Not visiting this location again and asking everyone not to visit as well.

I recently received from the internet a digital Subway flyer advertising 2 footlong for $15.99. Thinking it is a bargain, I went to one of their stores, just to be told that they could not accept this coupon. So I bought a steak sub at regular price. It tasted okay or good. But it turned out this one sub is more expensive than the 2 sub special in the coupon I had. Did not feel good at all. After I left, I tried the QR code on the coupon, it could not be read by my smartphone. I also tried to order from each and every subway store within 7 km, not a single store participated in this 2 for 1 special coupon! To me, this is false advertisement. Should I complain to Subway or the consumer advocate organizations? Nah, I am in relative good mood, forget about it. But that's why I gave it 1 star only, despite that the store and the food are worth 3 stars. It seems the Head Office is not working closely enough with the franchisees. I also have doubts about their food quality assurance, as a result. I'd probably buy sub from the other chain which I am currently satisfied with.

Someone used my phone number on June 13th at this location without proper verifications by staff: they ordered a sub, paid using my connected credit card and depleted my MVP points. I live in BC. I have not been to this location. I was notified by confirmation of order email while I was in Surrey BC. I immediately attempted to dispute through "Subway Cares" but have yet to receive any response. Petty as it is, this store is why I'm deleting my subway account and will not returning to any subway stores. The costumer experiencing is lacking, especially in the competitive fast food market.
