The worker will hear the phone ring and will not answer. I asked her if they have a phone and she is telling lie saying no when I literally see the phone right in front of me and it is ringing while she is making my order.

Bought a 12” Tuna sandwich toasted. When toasted, I just wanted Mayo on sandwich. I asked for just Cucumbers on the side (not on the sandwich).Girl said she can’t give Cucumbers separate, it has to be in the sandwich. She said that it was Manager/Company policy.NO COMMON SENSE AND NO CLUE ON GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.I could of gotten the works (every thing that they had) on the sandwich, but just to ask for Cucumbers only on the side cost the company (Manager/Subway) less than normal.Obviously this location has issues (see other reviews) but no feedback from Manager or Subway to improve customer experience.

Terrible location the worker tried to tell me my card was declined cause I had no money unfortunately she didn't know I used to be a technician for chase debit machines and the error code coming up was declining my card because the business hasn't done appropriate security patches on the machine and my bank is not letting me use the machine because its firmware is out of date. Absolutely ridiculous and quite frankly dangerous for the customers who's card do work on the machine

Hi,Today we visited this subway and staff the boy was very rude and unattending. We wanted to dine in and the time was 8:15 and the boy rudely asked I asked you if you are dining in and said I told you we are closing the store and still there was 45 minutes left to close the store. Previously the staff was very good but now this is the second time this happened with us. Previously the girl behaved the same.

I don't know, how on earth they use old breads like rubber, being franchise for such a popular brand. Besides, the girl over the counter is in dire need of customer service training. I was literally the only customer despite found her rude.Come on guys this is not SUBWAY. Only the banner & branding looks like subway. The franchisee owner in dire need of performance improvement training.

Asked for sauce on the side because my sandwich didn’t have any and they wouldn’t sell it to me. I asked why and they said they didn’t sell sauces. Couldn’t buy chips or cookies to get sauce on the side, I had to buy a $10 “salad.” They proceed to over-talk and over-explain their procedures, I had to say “it’s okay, that’s fine” multiple times so they would stop talking and asking what I wanted in the salad when knew I just wanted sauce on my sandwich.
