Unlike the staff who forced customers to pay tips despite their bad service.

Not bad little place. Great deals on delicious food! 😋
Update: I always get a certain dish from here because they make it well. But the portion of the meat on my most recent visit was very low. I only had 3 pieces of meat and large plate of rice. I brought it to their attn and they dismissed me quickly.
I always wondered, when we finish food, they don't clear the table as more food arrives,.so the table is full of dirty dishes.
Do better, as I am a regular customer or I will start looking for another place.

The place is always busy. Seating spacious. So many options on the menu and afternoon tea sets available after 2.30pm. Can't wait to try in person.
Hands down the best baked pork chop with tomato sauce & cheese in town!
The restaurant is quite cramped though. Parking can be tricky during peak hours.

The landlady's attitude was so irritating that everyone in the village was irritated, and others were confused. Only the food and drinks were okay. If it gets worse, I won't come.

At Prince Mushroom Chicken River, the chicken portion was normal, but the Portuguese chicken rice only had three small pieces of chicken. The Qingbaoliang soup was too salty and could not be eaten. I called to report the situation. When I answered the phone (the boss lady), she said there might be a mistake in the kitchen. The neighborhood business is dishonest. Total cost is $27.5, I won’t go there again. It’s a rip-off.

The food is fair, but the service needs to be improved.

Ordered the pork chop bake rice and chicken and pork chop rice with black pepper sauce for lunch. Very very disappointed. Everything is salty and weird taste. The tomato soup used to be good and now just tasted like Tabasco. The Hong Kong milk tea was water downed and bland. The servers and kitchen staffs are new, probably ownership changed. This restaurant are always packed around noon and now just half full. You can tell this is a sign of a downward spiral. Go somewhere else.
Wheelchair accessibility: NONE.

I actually like this place, the food is decent, the price is right. But the place is too dirty. There have been times when the ceiling would leak water onto customers, and then there are always flies flying around. We can forgive all of that, but when you find a dead fly in your food, it's too much...that problem is compounded by the staff that try to argue with you about food hygiene. Literally had to show them the fly and took a picture before they could take it away as evidence of this. The way they manage this after the fact is poor, having to argue with staff and then having them fix the bill. Not like we're expecting a comp like in other restaurants, that is not how a Chinese place runs, but at least acknowledge the issue, no apologies or anything was given. Had to fight to get the item removed from our bill after that experience.
Edit: so rather than accepting constructive criticism and maybe improve their sanitation or at least acknowledge the issue, the owner attacks me with a response claiming that I am a bot, and posting other users images. These are my own photos but hey if that is how they manage criticism then, that is all you really need to know as a customer.

Good - Hot HK MILK Tea, Chicken Chop with Scallion Oil, Pork Chop Baked Rice
Not so good - Portuguese Chicken Rice where the chicken is boiled not fried, rice us just steam not fried;
The soup is tasteless and no veggie
Improvement: cold HK MILK tea is too sweet

“Baked Pork chop rice dish with tomato and cheese sauce” is nicely done, as the pork chops are crispy under the yummy tomato cheese sauce.

Milk tea was ok. Flavor was there, just not strong enough. Satay beef penne not enough satay taste.

Ordered the black pepper sauce on pork chop and chicken steak on rice. Had a side of mix veg (carrots, corn, peas and beans) and broccoli. Place seemed cramped with the tables close together. Food is proced from $10 to $20. Friends say this is one of the better HK style restaurants out there. Will try their pork curled and pitato salad next time.
