I will never go back to that place. I purchase a birthday cake online and that cost me 50 dollar. after I receive the cake that didn’t look at the photo they provide online it was sooo ugly and didn’t worth 50 at all!!!!!!The assistant was mean and rude.

Really disappointed. Do not recommend at all. We got a chestnut cake here and there was actually no chestnut flavor, the cream did not taste light and fluffy and barely had any flavor. Our family members were confused what flavor the cake was.

Literally the worst crepe ever had....fewest layers, mostly cream. Ordered an Earl Grey flavor and absolutely no earl Grey tasted. It was ORIGINAL. Other crepe places have 27 layers of crepe and so heavy in taste. I don't think a bunch of cream is worth $55..bland taste. Redefined my knowledge of Earl Grey flavor if by Earl Grey flavor they mean the tiny early Grey pudding on the top....

This is the only time I ordered cake from any place and 99 percent of the topping was non edible(except for two tiny perls). For paying 100$ on 6 inch cake, I get paper tree and plastic dinosaurs. My son was really disappointed. Also the food coloring was so strong that we washed his hand 3 times and it's still there. And when we cut into the cake it was half frozen, which means they just put outer layer on top of a frozen cake. I can't believe I paid 100$ on a cake that's not even freshly made.

Ordered a Black Forest cake and it was horrible. Too creamy on the outside and the sponge inside was not chocolate but some strange smelling and bitter tasting thing. Had to throw away as no one wanted to eat .,,

This is the second time Emily is ordering birthday cake from Sweet Planet. Their cakes are super good, and their staff are friendly. We placed our order in the morning and the cake was ready in the afternoon for store pickup. We’ll be ordering again for our next event.
