Service is a hit or a miss at this place. Good idea to train staff members (like they've never seen it before!) that their Swiss Chalet app does not give a coupon code, so they gave to physically take a look in person. It's annoying to have this explained every time we went there. The take out bag was smeared with some sauce on the outside and on the bottom once and we did not know until we drove off. It stained my jacket!
Food is great! I love their salad! Perogies are delicious.

this used to be a great swiss chalet, with the best service, after last night we will not be back . Our server was rude and food not enjoyable.. Never have i had a server tell me i needed raise my hand if i wanted something . also turned off music and Tv's 15 mins before closing, which made us feel rushed out.
