We had a very pleasant experience with a variety of delicious food choices (special mention to the wings, potpie, choco lava cake), excellent friendly prompt customer service and just the perfect ambience there. The staff even went out of their way to surprise us with a bday cake and song, and store manager was so helpful as to even inform us of the scene-it points we can avail... I definitely will recommend this to anyone!!!

We celebrated my grandfather’s birthday at Swiss Chalet with a party of 16, and Norma made the entire experience amazing. She was so attentive, patient, and kind, especially with such a large group. Everything ran smoothly, and she truly helped make the celebration special. Thank you, Norma, for such great service!

We like going to this location. Staff is really friendly! Especially our waitress. Thank you Norma for making our stay a pleasant one. Her service was awesome! We recommend anyone that wants to visit Swiss Chalet at Boroughs drive near Scarborough Town. Make sure to ask for Norma! 😊
