Service is a hit or a miss at this place. Good idea to train staff members (like they've never seen it before!) that their Swiss Chalet app does not give a coupon code, so they gave to physically take a look in person. It's annoying to have this explained every time we went there. The take out bag was smeared with some sauce on the outside and on the bottom once and we did not know until we drove off. It stained my jacket!

Had a wonderful dining experience! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with our attentive server (Amy) who made us feel right at home. The food was brought out quickly and was very tasty!

Amy was our server and she’s always very kind whenever we have her! She communicated all our options when ordering and was very considerate of the two of us who were dining to make sure that we always had the option to share dessert or tea together.
